I ordered my son s letter jacket from here. They helped me pick out what was needed. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I would definitely shop there again!

I ordered a hoodie for my daughter that ended up being over $90. I thought it was a bit much being they were selling a more ornate one for $65. When I picked it up, the embroidery looked terrible. There were loops in the thread, the straight lines look like the machine got caught and made a mess. The lettering had a border. The inner thread color went outside of the border thread. I brought it back in and they were going to reorder and remake it. Got the call to go back and get it only to get the same sweatshirt with the loops cut out and now there are spaces all over in the wording and the lines are still a mess. I was told that I should be happy because someone else saw it and wanted it. Not an appropriate response to a customer that isnt happy with a messy job. I wont be back and will be ordering lettermen jackets and apparel elsewhere. They used to have very high quality products, the new ownership doesnt seem to care about that or keeping customers happy. I expected more after spending $90 on a hoodie.
