Appointments measuring was on time, and professional - Roman explained all in details about glass failures and what work should be done. Got estimate a very next day. It took about 2 weeks to get windows installed. Tech crew were professional and friendly. Great service and very pleasant experience - I recommend this company and will be back for future needs!

I was super surprised, but pleased they showed up early, unfortunately, it took over 3 hours to get 2 panes of glass replaced. I am in a townhome and purchased it new, so the building has settled quite a bit and the windows didnt come out as easily as they should have. The job got done and everything looks good. I will likely use them again, if needed, but they need to be a bit more prepared for these types of situations. Everyone I worked with was very kind and friendly and REALLY happy to help out a small business!!

Contacted them to replace a rotten window sill. They were quick to reply and were the only company I contacted that did. The estimator explained that the damage was small enough for me to repair myself and I ended up doing that. The estimate I was given seemed reasonable. Would use again in the future.

Amazing and caring service.This is the second time I have ordered some glass from the Glass Guru in Blaine. The whole process was easy and painless: getting the measurements taken, receiving a quote, payment, and installation. The product looks great and I will recommend to family and friends.To even complement the Glass Guru further, they called me to give me a heads up that they will not be coming out to my house to take measurements due to -40 degree weather.
