Employee’s name was Brian. Very helpful, friendly, and informative. Seemed to actually care about his customers. Not just another cashier just trying to make a sale and move on to the next customer . This will definitely be the GNC I choose in the future and I recommend it to anyone else.

Unacceptable profanity - As a long time customer of GNC in Forest Lake, Ive always had great service from the staff- until Saturday 10/10/20 when I experienced unprofessional language and a lack of service. I was told there was no cash to give me $15 change from my purchase, so he would have to give me it all in quarters. I told him no, I did not want $15 in quarters, so I would just put it on the credit card. At that point, he proceeded to express his frustration by using profanity - using the F word numerous times as he vented. I ended up leaving with no purchase and I will no longer make purchases from GNC Forest Lake!

Its more of a 3.5 but I want to start drinking protein shakes because sometimes when I work so early in the morning I just dont take a break because when I finally do get to do it in almost done and want to just eat at home. Heard about GNC from my boyfriend and went there. The person who was working there was very helpful to everyone else. We had told him to go ahead and take care of the man who was already in there while we looked. When the man finally left he really didnt come over at all as Im walking around trying to understand everything. So I ended up buying some lean bars that Im not even liking at all and my boyfriend got a different kind of energy drink he doesnt normally get because they dont supply the one he always uses. Im not saying it was a bad time and everything and I think this guy was very knowledgeable in everything. I just wish he would have come over and helped us out after the gentleman left. Maybe this review will change.

I love when an employee or store is willing to send you elsewhere or show a more cost effective product to save the customer a dollar! It really shows they care about the customer. That type of service creates loyalty, and consistency creates brand loyalty. Great job! I recommend GNC to those looking for supplements or those who have questions regarding such.

Disappointed wanted to go in and shop but even though store hours say 9 am online and on the door. I had been waiting for 15 minutes and still no one around for the store to unlock the door. I have watched two other people try the door and leave.
