Exceeded my expectations. John gave me a price over the phone and set an appointment. He got my car in and out in about 20 minutes, a couple of bucks less than his estimate, and my car was quiet again. The office reminded me of a shop from the 1950s. Looked like a bag of cars/toys for the kids to play with. Cell data reception was nonexistent inside though.

I dropped my car off late afternoon to be checked and he called an hour later and said I could pick it up. Very reasonable and honest. I was very impressed and will go back with any future needs

I dont normally leave reviews, but had such a good experience with Forest Lake Muffler that I felt compelled to. I bought a used Tundra recently and the exhaust broke in front of the muffler not long after getting it home. By recommendation of a friend, II set up an appointment at Forest Lake Muffler. Showed up at 5, had the truck on the lift within minutes and John started working right away. I was out of the shop and back on the road by 5:30 at an excellent price. Highly recommended and I will be back and hopefully send some business Johns way.

The flex pipe was falling out of my 2012 Ecoboost. John listened to my problem and offered a solution for half the cost of what I was prepared to spend doing it myself. I had a broken rusted tailpipe/muffler at 10:30 am by 11:15 am same day i had the pipe and a new muffler put on my truck the owner was super friendly and does great work fast and at a price thats very fair

Forest Lake Muffler does a great job. I was referred there by the good folks at Koppy motors. The owner, John, replaced my catalytic converter after it was stolen. The service was prompt and friendly, and the prices were affordable. Ill be coming here for any other exhaust fixes.

I had a great experience with this shop! They got me in quickly and were able to repair my OEM muffler for much less than the price of a new muffler. My muffler was in good condition other than the flange at end of the pipe that connected it to the resonator had rusted and broken off. This shop had saved flanges from old mufflers and was able to weld on a replacement flange.I recommended this shop to my sister in law had a similar, great experience.

Local mechanic sent me to John as he said he could do a catalytic converter more inexpensively than they could. Brought in the vehicle, he asked a few questions and took a quick look underneath. Long story short, ended up needing only a gasket. Saved me huge. Will go back anytime.
