I went in looking for my first guitar and right away Caleb helped me. He was very patient and great at explaining the different guitars and what was good about them. My budget was small but the service didnt seem to change based on that. I went to another shop and was treated like I didnt matter but Caleb helped me find my new guitar. Thanks Caleb!

Have been a fairly regular patron of this business since my daughter started playing the cello in 8/2017. They have very fair, affordable lease to own programs for instruments with good warranties. The people who work in the store are very knowledgeable and never make you feel rushed. Whether Im there to buy an instrument or a new pick for my daughters ukelele, Im always treated very respectfully and enjoy spending time there.

If you are looking for anything musical, definitely go here. They also have lessons here too. My daughter is taking piano lessons, and she loves it. The staff are all very helpful too!

Super friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my acoustic in for some work. I didnt know what the problem was, intonation was off, the frets were worn down and tuning was beginning to be an issue. Mike was there to walk me through a step by step process of what could be done to correct the problems and Im glad for the time he spent with me. I got her back today and shes perfect! If youre in need of work on your guitar, or looking to buy something new, go see these guys... Youll be glad you did!

Always had a reasonably fair experience at this store.. until today when I went in looking for replacement bridge for p bass. They did not have any but had a set a All Parts Bass Saddles. I thought this is perfect,might even save couple dollars on buying a all new one.Nope.34.95 for 4 ALL PARTS Base SaddlesNot Fender wich a entire bridge costs $23 not Graph Tech or even Gotoh or some crazy Omega Bass Bridge you know costs money. Standard generic P Bass SaddlesThe kid at the counter explained they were mexican ?? What the heck does that have to do with marking up $15 parts almost %100 .... perhaps they thought saying they were from Mexico would impress me. Perhaps they didnt know I work in a Recording Studio for a living. I was absolutely disgusted by the price. A couple dollars extra to support local business Im withBut I WILL NOT be taken for nearly DOUBLE my money while some one tries to explain thier country of origin like its a Lawsuit Les Paul....... Completely unethical to have a price that high. These were BP 00025 All Parts Saddles to see price . I was told 34.99. Never again.

Music Connection is a locally-owned music store and authorized musical instrument dealer, which provides many services, including music lessons.Though Music Connection, our three older kids learned to play guitar, banjo, piano, and flute; and our youngest continues to take music theory and piano lessons. It definitely developed the kids interest and ear for music, as well as equipped them to play solos in band concerts.On a final note (no pun intended), the store also carries a selection of affordable gifts, such as music-themed socks, guitar-pick-holder key chains, tees, etc.

Long-story-short: Mike lowered the action on my acoustic guitar, and it sounds better than it ever did before, and Im making good progress on learning my F barre chord now that the strings arent a mile high - thanks, Mike!

Save yourself your hard earned dollars! Vocal teacher isnt flexible and expects to be paid for free. Money is more important than the student here. Havent heard many great things beyond our experience.

Everyone here is helpful and friendly. My son enjoys the music lessons and the musical instrument we rent for his school orchestra is a good monthly price.

The employees seem like dolts...especially the guys. It seems to irritate them if they have to engage with the customers...like its a hassle! I dont get it? I want to buy something, you know, the way you get money to pay the bills...The owner was actually very helpful (and knowledgeable) but the people he has working for him are losers.
