Currently waiting for my order that was supposed to have been delivered yesterday. The store claims they caught a flat tire so they would deliver our things the next day and we would be first for delivery. My fiancé and I have called twice so far and I’m just waiting. It’s almost 5:00 and still nothing. This store is HORRIBLE. They told my fiancé one price and the contract says another. We will NEVER do business with you all again. Unacceptable.

Friendly staff. Florence was a great help. Great staff with Kia, Rico, Mark and Koree. Neat showroom well stocked with great deals.

I made a purchase on 5/1/2020 the person claim that my card didnt go through. But when ever I swipe my card it lets me know that a transaction has been made and lets me know how much. So I told the person it took the money off my card and they said they didnt see it. My bank has released the money to them and they still saying that they dont have it. So now I have to wait for the dispute to be complete before I can get my money back. I will never use them again. This was not a little bit amount of money either.

Great customer service.The store was very clean and the employees and manager was very helpful in finding me exactly what I needed at a affordable price.I would definitely recommend the store to family and friends.

I thought I was getting new equipment considering the agreement and pay off price. What I got was a used washer that had not been cleaned with wet hair in the rubber seal that leaked also. I asked for it to be serviced every month for the past 3 months, Rico always said they would schedule maintenance but never show up. The dryer would emit a foul smell and when it was dropped off it had lint in the trap still. Not what I was expecting! Also asked Rico to service and in the 3 months of renting no one ever showed up to service. In a pinch when we first moved to Georgia this was nice to be able to use a service like this. But I truest wasnt expecting used equipment or poor servicing of the equipment.

They are really appreciate because their really nice and know how to get the job done and really appreciate the manger as well Mr . Russell I really appreciate how he works with me on the orders and the payment for what I order he really appreciate by me on how he works at what he do and I really appreciate if he could get the best manger award of the month or years because because I really appreciate if yall could do that for me I dont know how anyone else think about it but thats how I feel thats why I keep getting from him is store because I really appreciate how nice they are their and how they get the job done

Very bad customer service with the manager .. He harasses You from the time they open until close... his attitude is off the wall and it’s makes you not want to pay them on time it make you want pay when you want they way he treats you .. I never had poor customer service or anybody who is not willing .. He threatens to come take your things

If it was possible to rate them zero stars, then I would. Customer service on the phone seemed great until it came down to delivery. I received a call monday stating they would deliver the following thursday btwn the hrs of 10am-2pm. They claimed to call 30minutes prior to delivery. Well, by 2:05pm i had not received a call and when i contacted the store they mentioned someone was on break for why i hadnt received my order and assured me that the delivery would be in by 4pm. Now it is 4:30pm and i have yet to hear from the store again. Im extremely dissatisfied and will never recommend friends or family to this company.

Very bad customer service by management. Didnt acknowledge the fact his employee was wrong for them having incorrect information in there data baseWhich caused me never to recieve items. I had to physically ask did they have corret info and they didnt. Which info was taken online by same employee flo. Manager rico hung up phone in my wifes face when calling to see where my delivery were once they finally got info together. Finally came, they asked me would anyone be home for delivery which they were there when they arrived. Came again with a sob story they needed my lease and id. Out of all this time not once did they tell me this would need to be there to. Very bad customer service needs new management.

This is for the manager please accept this excellent condition mattress so this unprofessional company can close my dissatisfied account
