This place was AMAZING! We had an emergency due to a different company messing up our oil change. We pulled in as they were ready to close and not only did they stay open for us, but they fixed it. I was such a nervous wreck and they made me feel so much better. We don’t even live anywhere near Fort Atkinson, but if we did they would definitely get our business! Unfortunately I don’t remember the 2 guys names, but THANK YOU!!

My daughter, on her way home from work late at night experienced massive oil loss in our van. She was able to get it back into Fort Atkinson to park it until I could drive up and bring her a vehicle. Not being familiar with the area, I chose to take a chance on Powers Auto Service and it turned out to be a great choice. I was taken care of. They are honest and fair and do great work. I would definitely take it back there again.

Had a leak in a tire and needed it fixed to be able to take my family to the airport. They were booked solid but managed to squeeze us in. Definitely recommend.

Favorite mechanic in Fort. Take their advice on tires!

Pleasant staff, but went for oil change, wiper fluid topup and tire topup, and replace a headlight bulb. They replaced the oil and filter, and replaced the bulb, but did nothing else. Got back in car to see tire pressure and wiper fluid lights still on.

Took car in for oil change, light bulb replacement, to get air put in the tires and washer fluid refill. Got a light bulb replacement, and maybe an oil change......

These are some good, honest guys. I went in there once demanding an alignment. Even though he kept telling me he had fixed the problem, I still demanded an alignment because every where else Ive ever gone, they always mess up the alignment and it always pulls to one side. He told me he ran it on (whatever machine its called) and it runs straight, so he could charge me for it, but he wouldnt have actually done an alignment being that its perfectly straight. I was a little annoyed, but sure enough it drove perfectly straight. I feel that most shops wouldve just charged me for it and sent me on my way. They also got me a rebate on my tires when i had no idea I could even do that. They took care of everything and sent me the card. They just seem honest to me. So theyve got a loyal customer here!!

Purchased 4 new tires: next time I had to take the wheel off to replace brake pads (about 2 months later) I found that (qty 2) lugnuts had been cross-threaded, requiring me to drive out the stripped studs and replace. Additionally, I never received the $50 rebate they said they would mail in on my behalf. Lastly, I didnt notice until my next tire replacement, but was astounded to find that they put 235/60/R17 tires on the front, and put 225/60/R17 tires on the back - this could have been an honest mistake, but it was the straw that broke the camels back and finally lead to me posting a review

I Must say, Eric is the BEST. We are new to the area, and needed to get 4 new tires. The service he gave us was more than outstanding, so much more then we could have expected. All the staff here are really personable and delightful. They help you navigate through what would be the best decision that will fit your budget as well as your car instead of just telling you what you need. However, any time my husband and I take our cars here we get them back and there is always something else thats gone wrong since weve given it to them this costing us more money and another trip to fix. So frustrated

This rate with the young my tire blew out on the highway, I live out of town. I had a problem after the fact with the repair that they did, however, they took care of everything . Thats what I call customer service.

Recommended by a family member but very disappointed by the cost estimate to fix with no guarantees it would correct the transmission issue. Went elsewhere for 2nd opinion and the cost was less than 1/2 of theirs.

Had an appointment at 11.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. Went back 2 hrs later and they hadnt even moved my car into the garage! Couldnt even give me a discount. Will never go back.

Got new tires put on, they were over 40$ cheaper than the other guys, and had my Jeep in and out before the ice in my drink had time to melt. Everyone was friendly, overall great experience will be back and recommend.
