Most of the pharmacy staff here are so rude! I called regarding a prescription and the lady was very uncivil. I will be getting my prescriptions filled somewhere else from now on. Very unpleasant experience. There have been many instances in the past where I received poor service from them but this was the last straw. Poorest customer service ever. It looks Im not the only one. Walgreens how long until you handle your employees? They need some training! This is unacceptable!

Went to urgent care got prescription drove to walgreens drive up window the girl didnt even look at prescription she immediately said it cant b fill till tommorrow defeats the whole purpose of going to urgent care. Come on walgreens get it together customers shouldnt have to wait 20 hrs for meds.

Up until today I was happy with Walgreens. But the fact that it takes more than 30 hours to fill an antibiotic was the last straw for me. I no longer will be a customer at this pharmacy.

The Walgreens Pharmacy in Ft Atkinson, Wisconsin is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced in my life. All the employees except the male pharmacist are very rude. Their math skills are sorely lacking as well. Twice now they have tried convincing me that 45 pills is a 90 day supply. Im prescribed to take 1 1/2 tablets per day. Both times I had to walk her through the math and explain this is 30 days worth, and NOT a 90 day supply. I do not understand how this can be so confusing to a Pharmacy! One time the young lady had to yell to the Pharmacist to verify the math. And Im to trust these people with my medications??!

I drove 30 miles to get my Covid vaccinations and needed to thank everyone at the Firt Atkinson Pharmacy! They all were so accommodating and kind. I wanted to especially commend Lydia for being so great! Great experience!

I just dont like this pharmacy! The employees that deal w/prescriptions tend to look down there nose at you. Kinda make you feel like a second class citizen. Also very expensive there insulin is 120.00 more than wallmarts. The one thing they have going for them is there candy selection. I wish we had a CVS in town !

Nothing but problems here. Always have insurance issues because they don’t enter things correctly. Always given incorrect information from techs and pharmacists. Techs and some pharmacists are very rude. They act like you’re a bother when this is their job!!!! Do not go here. Go literally anywhere else. I don’t know how the pharmacy is even kept open with the level of incompetence that is there.

Called in an order the night before and picked it up the next day. In and out in 8 minutes. Erica was very pleasant and I drove away feeling great. Don’t judge based on the reviews, have your own experience. Then if it’s good, leave a review. Too many people only leave a review when they’re angry and that’s not fair to the people who are trying their hardest.

Slow service and constant screwups at the pharmacy. Refills are constantly delayed due to an unspecified insurance issue. Sometimes my medication is out of stock, but Im not told until Im at the store to pick it up. Most of the staff is friendly, but there are a few who are not. Not sure if its just this particular location, or Walgreens in general, but there is obviously something wrong somewhere. The rest of the store is pretty decent.

Ive only used the pharmacy twice. Once for a vitamin questions. And another for flu shots. Vitamin incident was handled by a prompt, courteous, knowledgeable pharmacist immediately as I was the only one there. Flu incident took forever and cashier was distant and seemed to not care but they were busy. Otherwise, normal store has always been helpful and nice. Just watch the Register Rewards as they may require multiple transactions to get maximum benefit.

Have never tried their pharmacy but the store is always clean & well stocked. I have run into a few bad apples over the years that were rude to me during my visit but for the most part it is decent, especially if you just need to run in quick for something. I would recommend, but not my first choice.

They continually are out of stock on the prescription that I have been getting every month for 5 years. They are unbelievably slow and never have prescriptions ready when they say they will. I would recommend any other pharmacy in the area.

Worst Walgreens Ive ever been to. I ordered my prescription over the phone. They said it.should be ready at 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:45pm to pick up my prescription. They asked me what prescription I refilled. I told them. The pharmacist said yea ok hang on. 10 minutes later he returned to the window with the wrong art. He was short with us and very rude. Needless to say Ill be driving 20 min out of the way to go to Madison Walgreens from now on.

Horrible, horrible, horrible service. Every time we go here there is s a 30 minute wait to pick up a prescription, whether there is one person ahead of you or not. They are always out of stock for my prescription. I only go here because this is the only pharmacy my insurance covers. Cant wait until my insurance changes next month so I dont need to use this place anymore.

Im not sure how pharmacies price their meds, but............I have a friend visiting from out of the country, who extended her stay and needed a refill on a cholesterol medication..she was fortunate enough to get an appointment at the local free clinic ( her insurance is not valid here in the states) to obtain a prescription..I called around for the best price for her, this Walgreens wanted to charge her $437.89 for a 3 month supply!!!! I then called SHOPKO, their price for the SAME EXACT MED was $19.16!!!!!!!! These pharmacies are in the same town....I dont understand the price gouging..I called Walgreens back...BOTH the store and customer service, and neither could tell me why the price was set so high...I will NEVER use this or any other Walgreens EVER!

I went to the pharmacy on Saturday to pick up my monthly prescription. I only pay a small co-pay each month but on Saturday the technician told me that my prescription would be $12 dollars higher and I had to renew my W card at the additional cost of $20 dollars. I have never signed up for this card or payed 20 dollars for this card and tried to explain this to the technician and he was rude and talked down to me loud enough that the other customers waiting could hear. I left without my prescription and called Walgreens customer service number and found out what I tried to tell technician that I have NEVER had a W card and he lied to me by saying it was expired. I am going to transfer my prescription somewhere else. Rude and not helpful!

Worst pharmacy ever! Not only did they lose the prescription that was sent in by the doctor weeks ago, but they also were out of stock and unable to fill the needed prescription. What do they care as they are not the ones who now have to suffer the consequences.

Pharmacy inaccurately bills the Insurance Carrier. Rude service by pharmacist himself. Makes drive through service circle around and get back in line. Sends ready alerts vie text and phone and then product is not ready. Has made us come back next day even though ready text and phone call confirms product is ready.

Regarding the pharmacy, I went here today to pick up a prescription. The pharmacist named Kathee, could see that my prescription was sent to the wrong location. She also could see that after insurance I would still be paying $90 for the prescription I needed. Her customer service skills were beyond incredible. She suggested I call my dr. and have them resend my prescription for a different type of ear drop, in the end saving me over $60. She took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. I have not had a pharmacist go out of their way to help me like that before. Thank you so much Kathee! The care and level of customer service you provided was phenomenal!

So many rotating pharmacists nobody knows what anybody else is doing. They say one thing and do something completely different. I remember when Walgreens was a pleasure to go to. In the last three years its gone totally down hill. Ive been told my medication is back ordered and when I get to the store, the same day within minutes of the app telling me I have to wait the tech says they have it in stock but I need ore approval from my insurance company. Ive been on the same meds for years. When I show the pre approval on insurance letterhead they then tell me they need to contact my doctor. EVERY FRIGGIN MONTH! Fix this Walgreens, you could be so great.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy personnel. Repeated service issues while being responsible for people’s health. No customer service and continued excuses while complaining about being too busy. I’ve been compensated with Walgreens points as well as discounts on my bill for multiple delays and wait times and have been told my prescription was overlooked multiple times. The last straw occurred today as I’ve been waiting for my prescription to be filled for five days now and was told again to call back Monday — 7 days after my doctor called in my prescription. During the call I complained about the lack of customer service after I was told it was “easier for me to call back Monday than for them to check on my prescription and proactively contact me.” After my complaint, I was told they are busy and fill 800 prescriptions a day and if I didn’t like it, to transfer my prescription elsewhere. So I went elsewhere with a call to their Corporate Offices. It is no wonder they have a ranking of 2, with the vast majority rating this location a 1 (probably because 0 isn’t an option). Horrible!

Pharmacy sucks. Never going there again and going to start driving to get my daughters meds in Janesville from now on. She has a serious condition and they would be late doing her meds and not notify me if there going to take 3-4 days to make one thing. They suck at there job!

Most of the staff are friendly. The pharmacy staff are very friendly but they are short-staffed, expect to wait a bit if you go during the busy times (such as after 5:00 PM when most people get off of work).

This location is drastically understaffed in the pharmacy, and its an ongoing issue. Every pickup takes nearly 30 minutes. One lane of the drive through is nearly always broken, and the lines are ridiculous just to grab a complete prescription.

The pharmacy is horrible. I will be changing as soon as possible. They have lost prescriptions and dont call to let you know when a prescription is unavailable when you ordered it 4 days prior to needing it. The staff is friendly enough but wont go out of their way to help.
