The staff was friendly and helpful; however, they will not price-match online retail competitors. I found the same item on Amazon for $20+ less. Many other stores, including Walmart and Target, will price-match Amazon. That is why they are so successful. Marking up items by more than $20 and calling it a SALE! is scamming. I wont be shopping here anymore.

Best Shopko Ive been to. Lots of variety, helpful, friendly staff. Its 40 minutes from home, but Id rather go her than the one 10 minutes from home.

I always have a great experience while shopping at Shopko. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. However I overheard the staff in the complaining about staging in the Payless shoe department and had no idea they had a potential customer looking for shoes. Other wise I would have given 5 stars.

Good optical department. Insurance changed and now have to use Shopko. I was reluctant at first but after several visits between myself and family members have been impressed with the staff.As for the store, nothing special fairly typical and not a huge selection when compared to other Shopkos.

Sales are finally getting there.... You might pay a tad bit less than retail at this point. Prices are extremely inflated! Youd have to make it out the last week to get the good deals. However, by then the product will be extremely low... Example of the inflation:(Toys 50% off)Lol Bigger Surprise:- Wal-Mart = $69.99- ShopKo = $ 109.99(54.99 with the percentage off)( So with the 50% off youre really only saving $15).Its a deal, but not the ones people are expecting going to the Going out of Business sale.

I try to shop here because its close and local but two out of three times, they dont have what I need. This morning I attempted to get a mini sweeper and dustpan and other household items and I ended up having to drive one town over to Walmart to get them. It appears that this Shopko just sells decorative plastic garbage?

I have always loved Shopko. They have a wide variety of products and the pharmacy is very helpful and pleasant.

Very disappointed with pharmacy. They took weeks to aquire a Rx medication. They are no longer a low price retailer offering only $85 mens lightweight Haggard slacks in winter.

A bit pricey but great selection of quality goods.

Fair prices and nice tellers.Too suggestive in the optical department when it comes to picking out your glasses.

Person in Optical very rude and condisending. Rude greeting, didnt bother to leave his chair. Shopped for other items, over priced even with Crazy Low sale prices. Poor quality housewares. Will not be going back. Prices better at Walmart for same items.

Its sad to see Fort loose its only big box store but I must say that I have always felt the prices were high. Going in today, even with the discounts, they cant touch Walmarts prices.

I have used this pharmacy for several years. I am not sure if something is going on internally but the last few months when Ive went in for meds i have been treated very poorly. They constantly have to order my meds in now & they are calling me saying your meds will be ready at this time tomorrow. I go in & get from the actual pharmasist they should have called you its not here yet...waited 2 weeks for my refills before I got them & was late on retaking them even though i refilled them almost 2 weeks in advance..looking for a new pharmacy.. Aside from that, the store is always poorly stocked & the younger people that work here are immature & not attentive at all to the customers. They continue their non work related conversations while they ring up the customers. I suggest other stores in the area over this one..

4 different times Ive stopped there, all four times they didnt carry the items I was looking for. Mothballs, clamps, denture cream, nothing. Very disappointing

Store is closing and it appears clearance prices were brought up before discounts.

Only shop here during sales and the occasional clearance purchase as prices are rarely lower than anywhere else. Pharmacy was helpful and accommodating when purchasing medicine/items.
