Tim Humphrey did all of our wedding flowers, including bouquets, table settings, decorations, etc. The flowers and arrangements were absolutely gorgeous. Tim went above and beyond in creating a magical day for us--he met with us several times before the wedding, and took our vision way beyond what we could ever have imagined. My daughter lives within their delivery area and I try to shop local. It was her birthday and they went over the top with presentation of her orchid and deliver experience! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a gift for a special someone. If you have a question, call them. You will have a more than thoughtful and caring customer service encounter. I live in Milwaukee so I do not have opportunity to receive their arrangements often but they are head and shoulders above most other florists. Always a great place to go for flowers. Be careful when ordering the delivery service online, I tried to have flowers delivered to my wife on our anniversary on their website and they never received the order, so she never got her delivery. They were very accommodating once I called, and had her order ready for pick up within 30 minutes.

This store is simply a gem right in historic downtown Fort Atkinson. The arrangements done by Tim Humphrey are timelessly classic while also being simply chic. And the HUGE amount of gifts and apparel to browse throughout the store will amaze you. This is one of those businesses that would actually hurt a town to lose, so go there and spend some money!

I think theres something to be said when all of the reviews thus far are 5-stars! No matter what employee answers the phone or greets you in the store, they always have a smile on their face and they give the impression that they genuinely love what they do. Quite often I give them a general idea of what Im looking for and allow them to use their artistic talents. Theyve never let me down and more often than not what they come up with exceeds what I was expecting. One day when I arrived before they opened, a gentleman came to the door and caught me before I got my car. He invited me in and took my order a full 1/2hr before they officially opened. He made 2 peoples day that day! You cant teach someone customer service like that. Thank you!
