I rented a u-haul trailer from this location a few months ago but never got around to write a review. Our car died after hooking the trailer up. The manager went out of his way to jump our car and refused to take our tip. Outstanding customer service, great experience.

I just had a trailer hitch installed on my Toyota Sienna. They completed this in under 50 minutes! Brian and Gavin were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely do business here again! Thanks, guys!

Great staff, always willing to help with anything you need

My service began well when I was renting a trailer from them. It went south as soon as I brought the trailer back. Whoever was taking the return of the trailer a few days later made the experience distasteful. He was trying to charge me for the chains because they were hitting the ground saying I mustve unhooked it from the trailer (which wasnt the case) because the chains werent choked. Luckily they take pictures of the connection when you leave and return. He then said he couldnt prove that it was me so he couldnt charge me. Basically saying that I was lying when he had the proof right in front of him that it was their mistake. Instead, he made me decide to never deal with them again. The customer service is unsatisfactory and I recommend that if you rent anything from them, make sure to get pictures of every little mark or you might get made to feel like it is your responsibility to pay for their errors. A little advice.... dont accuse a customer unless you can back it up. An elementary concept if you ask me....

Go to this Uhaul, instead of the Jefferson piggly wiggly one.

These guys are great very nice! Helped us tremendously even though the system had some troubles they were very patient and gave us options! Also the truck was super clean and worked great, this was actually the first time I had perfect experience with very little trouble with uhaul!
