Best shopette on Fort Carson. Anyone complaining about it not being 24 hrs anymore. FYI theyre understaffed.

Stopped by just now to grab cough drops for my son. I parked to the left of the entrance and tried to go in that door. It was locked with a sign showing that they were closing early (sign from yesterday). I went into the door on the opposite side of the entrance and informed Christa that the left entrance was locked. She barked at me, with about 8 customers in line, with that “the sign was on the door”! I walked away and returned to check out. I have no old the sign doesn’t say anything about using the other door and showed it to Christa. No apology, no nothing, just my total. I’ve been in customer service since I was 16yrs old and was appalled that she thought it ok to shout in front of customers and to not apologize for her mistake. You’re to treat everyone respectfully, especially when you don’t know their rank or relationship to your family.

I understand not being allowed to refill reusable cups because of Covid-19 but to still make people pay extra for using the disposable cups is wrong. We shouldn’t have to pay extra because you won’t let us use our own cups

This places does get pretty busy but everyone I have had an interaction with had always been really nice, Pam in particular tends to remember her regular customers by name and why they usually get every visit she asks about how you are and even family men ever I have brought with me. I personally appreciate everything that she does to make her customers feel welcome and important to her. I look forward to seeing how she is doing and the little bit of catch up conversation we have every time I visit. Thank you so much!

The cashier Kenya is very rude. I placed my things up on the counter and said hello. She didnt even look my way. She rang my things up. Said the total. Didnt ask if I wanted a bag. Just left my things on the counter. So I grabbed them said thank you have a good day. And she again wouldnt even look at way. Shes so rude it below my mind. Ive never had that problem before at this lotion but she makes me not want to ever go back. She needs to be shown how customer service should be

It’s pretty shameful when you guys consistently charge 10 to 25 cents more per gallon for gas than the Walmart just across academy. One of the few Army posts I’ve seen do this. I never buy gas on post for this reason.I’ve noticed commissary and Px prices are usually higher too.Do yourself a favor fellow service members, shop at Walmart, Sam’s, Costco or Safeway, you will save more.You get two stars for having inexpensive fountain drinks though.

Cashiers seems to always have problems getting rid of big lines.

Warning: these people are purposely ignoring that theyre pump is broken! Because of this my tire and side of my car got covered in gas that I had to pay extra for!
