Had my Subaru’s body work done here after I was rear-ended in traffic recently. New hatch, bumper, and body panel work done in less than 3 days! And above all else, the customer service and quality of work was far beyond my expectations. It was paid by the other person’s insurance and Dellenbach dealt with them directly so I didn’t have to. When I picked up my car I was blown away by the quality of the repairs; my car looks brand new! And they even cleaned the car inside and out. I will definitely be coming back her for any future body work! Absolutely A+

Ive been using Dellenbach for several years. Ive had my Impala, Silverado, Sierra, Suburban, Cruze, and Accent serviced here. Ive also referred several friends and family to buy cars off of their lot. In recent years, I have found their service to be lacking immensely. I feel that when someone visits this dealer, especially for service, they are going to be received as an annoyance for bothering them with a problem.Ive come in with specific requests that have been ignored. Ive had to execute all the follow-up on my own vehicle because no one would call me. Ive had to hunt down techs to find out what was done to my vehicle because there were no notes.My most recent service was the nail in the coffin. I had my truck in for service on a transmission and for an inspection. Providing my own follow-up after 8 hours, I was told my truck had still not been looked at for the transmission or inspection. I was told they would get on it shortly. Not an hour and a half later I get a call back saying theres no issues and to come and get it.When I arrive, the service attendant is not available. I check out to receive my receipt and tech notes and find there are no notes. I ask if anyone can provide me with details and they say they will have the service attendant that was helping me call me the following morning. I never received a call.I could have called and persisted to provide my own follow-up and investigated, but thats not why I bring my vehicle into Dellenbach. I bring it for service and professional maintenance or lack there of as I have experienced. My transmission problems continue and I have no idea what was done to my truck save for 27 miles on the odometer.My dealings with Dellenbach are over.

I called to get a price for a tune up for my Subaru and was told by Tyler that he didnt know what that was. What exactly did I want. It is interesting that google knows what a tune up is but the dealer does not.

Contacted dealer regards truck they had for sale, requested virtual appointment. Received automated response and then NEVER heard from them! Then of course truck got SOLD!!!
