We recently worked with Brooke at Hughes Plumbing Supply and couldnt be happier with their products and customer service! We purchased an amazing MTI bathtub, sinks, shower pan, several faucets, toilets and water filters. Brooke was incredibly helpful along the way. We will definitely be using Hughes on our next project.

Beautiful showroom with a wide selection of upscale fixtures. Top notch, knowledgeable service in the showroom and in the pickup/contractor area. Many of the faucets are functioning so you can actually test them out. There is also an area with tubs, showers, towel heaters, etc. for demonstration. Best pricing in town for plumbing needs.

The men in the warehouse were rude and short with me when trying to find parts. I was sent across the parking lot to the showroom to figure out parts that turns out they could have helped in the warehouse. Luckily the showroom was able to help me out, again having to head across the parking lot to get the piece, not friendly at all if you have mobility issues. The warehouse guys were more worried about joking around than helping out. Would not recommend.

The new location is much more convenient.Service at the counter was prompt and concise.Counter person was knowledgeable and competent. I was in and out quickly with everything I requested for my project.
