Nice staff that are really helpful. I made a couple calls to ask about some specific books, and the staff were patient with me and helped me make sure we could find the book and offered to order it for me. Just a great place to buy books. Theres not much to be said about it. Most of these stores are all the same. Will almost always have what youre looking for and if not. They can get it for you rather quickly. This stop was to get study guides for my wife. We found exactly what we were looking for and in good time. If you need some books. Go check them out. Not much more to say.

Nice space. High quality staff. You will see in my other reviews, I really think retail marketers are leaving a fortune on the table because none seem interested in actually stocking their retail facilities in a professional manner.I ask open mindedly, how did the business community reach the point where we can order it for you is considered customer service? Of course you can. Its called inventory control. You should already have done that, right?Plus we all know we can order whatever we want ourselves. But there is a value I just being able to go get the thing and move on with the next thing. That is why people are willing to pay retail.But this while Get Wholesale Service at Retail Prices thing is starting to get old. Am I all alone on this?

Terrific restaurant in all regards. Nice modern rooms in an old building. Very friendly effective staff make it especially enjoyable. Come come for the outstanding food. Small but very nice menu, every item we have had in 10+ visits has been great. And beautiful. Chimney Park rivals nationally acclaimed Frasca in Boulder.

Great selection of books and other store specific merchandise as usual! :) Cute little cafe with the typical fair. Cashiers are always friendly and curtious. Especially impressed with the music section in the back! The staff selection of favorite films was a nice touch. The wall of anime films gave me nostalgic 90s vibes! I love coming here! :)

Theres nothing like a great big beautiful bookstore with helpful staff available for questions -- this Barnes & Noble has all of it. Easy to run in quick, but a true indulgent treat if you have time ro linger.

Love walking around this place, sometimes just end up here and let myself just drift around looking for something interesting to pop out, great place for gifts

Always just go in for one thing. End up leaving with 2 baskets of stuff for my kids and others. 200$+ later im leaving with a smile and never the thing I went in there for. Forever repeat customer. Chalk it up to one of the danger stores...

I’m not one to complain, I think it’s a waste of time but I have never felt so uncomfortable in a barns and noble before. Being followed by an employee was so uncomfortable. I don’t want to play the race card but could it be my race? Could that be the reason why I was being followed? The whole situation was uncomfortable, so I won’t be coming back this location.

This is a long overdue review for Sierra (hope I spelled that correctly!) who helped me find a book that was literally sold out absolutely everywhere I looked. She found a copy and was able to get it for me and save the day! Truly appreciate her efforts, customer service, and kindness!

Selection for Manga and popular comics is lacking, looked for 5+ series that left off of their respective shows, none in stock. Good selection for everything else though.

Came up here from Boulder for the weekend. Decided to buy a gift for mom, and walked out with gifts for mom, the family, and even found a few books for me! The store was clean, quiet, and the staff were very helpful.Compared to the Boulder store on Pearl, its a far better experience. I honestly plan to drive up here from now on if I need to pick anything up.Thanks again for the wonderful shopping experience!

I enjoy shopping at Barnes & Noble. The selection of books, magazines, vinyl and CDs is great. The layout of the store is neat and orderly.

They have a pretty expansive and awesome astrology selection here, and thats rare to see at any book store these days.

As a book lover myself I find Barnes and Noble to pretty much be book heaven. I’m not a child but I still enjoy going to the kid section to check out the fun space they’ve created there. They have all the kinds of books you could ever want and they always super great and fun employees to help you find them.

I used to really love this store, but I think their selection has gone down hill. Theres not very many things here that I would enjoy reading anymore, and most of their gifts arent very good either.The selection of cool leather notebooks is a lot smaller, and the boardgames are super expensive. Its okay, but not what it used to be.Second & Charles is so much better I doubt I will be back to barns&noble

I have had an account with Barns and Nobel for over 10 years +. I hate to write this review as I would give our local store 5 stars. I have tried to purchase on line for over 3 weeks. Signing in as a guest to receive a book as it would not let me use my membership.I went to our local store and they have me in the system. We reviewed everything.Why does the on-line not work? I have called only to be put on hold for over 3hours!!!!! I was determined!!! I have not found a way to talk to anyone! I would stop buying from Barnes and Nobel but I love my local store. Judy

I was pleasantly surprised by the number of people who were shopping there (not because of loosened COVID restrictions, but because its a bookstore, and Amazon hasnt completely usurped the book market).Staff was friendly and completely knowledgeable.

Everything is arranged to find what you want quickly and the atmosphere is very comfortable.

Great for really unique wall decorations, book lights, one of a kind cards and gifts for the avid reader (obviously). Rather pricey for audiobooks (a mainstay during the virus and quarantines) but bonus points for the educator discount program. B&N appreciates teachers and those in education who shape the developing minds in our society; a value which cant be understated.

I usually shop used book stores, but the Barnes & Noble store in Fort Collins has also become a regular stop for me.

Worst place to do online business! They did get their money. Tried to do a curbside pickup. The BN.Com got my money but never processed the order.I highly recommend Amazon, you may have to wait but a least you will get your book!!!!

Store was clean. Bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. While I cannot account for the entirety of the stock, they seem to have a bit of everything. Certainly meets the intent of a bookstore.

This is my wifes go-to store for jigsaw puzzles. On occasion Ill tag along, and enjoy just looking. Im too cheap to actually BUY books; I prefer our local library because books just take up so much space.All in all though, B&N works hard Id say to be who they are . . . . a book retailer who wants to stay in business. They also have local storytellers, and a Starbucks for those so inclined.

This is a great Barnes & Noble with something for everybody. Displays are engaging, and today, I asked for help from two different people, and they were wonderful. I apologized to one for taking up so much of her time talking about mysteries and cozy mysteries, and she said, Not at all. Talking about books is what we do here. I have been to their coffee shop many times, and always enjoyed it. If you are looking for the perfect blank journal or notebook, they have the perfect selection.

Briefly stopped in to pick up birthday gifts for some friends one year old. The lady who assisted me was not only helpful but managed to score an up sale by recommending the sequel to the book I was looking for that I wasnt even aware had been released.Both books were read later that day at the birthday party and were quite a hit.

Really, you cant go wrong. I value a good tangible book, so its fun to walk in and spontaneously grab a few. Always so many options if youre not sure what youre looking for.

The staff here is super helpful. They will take you to exactly what you are looking for and if its not in the store they are happy to order it for you. It arrives quickly and they contact you to let you know its there. The store is large with plenty of sitting places. Other than so many books they have some toys & gifts, collectors items, school & educational supplies and some supplies for artistic ventures, greeting cards & book bags and more. Its easy to spend a long time in this store.

I love a book store, went in to buy the latest book by Henry Winkler for my 10 year old nephew.

Very helpful staff. Actually, they were very funny and friendly, too. While I waited for a manager to help with a question, the staff at the registers and I talked and joked around. It was cool to feel welcome there. The manager was also extremely helpful and friendly. She walked with me to show me where to find what I was looking for. I enjoy going to this Barnes & Noble because of the people who work there.

Wonderful selection of books, journals, puzzles, toys, media and more. This Barnes and nobles also sells pens which I have not seen before. Also have great deals and a wonderful staff. There is a cafe selling Starbucks coffee. Great atmosphere overall.

I love my membership at B&N! I get coupons, notices of sales, upcoming books and help at the store finding a title or author. The cafe is great too - especially the buy one cookie and get one free! Remember your membership can be used by friends and family. I especially like the Fort Collins store staff.

Great place always good deals

The Cafe does not have very good food or friendly service. however I did enjoy browsing the books and the gifts and bought several cute things for people as gifts. The checkout experience was pretty fast and very friendly. I would not recommend the cafe though.
