I have been coming to the Ft. Collins red wing shoes store now for 25 years and Bonnie and the staff have always given excellent customer service! Red wing boots have always lasted me the longest of any other boot manufacturer that Ive tried. Bonnie worked with me today and I really like the new pair of red wing boots she sold to me. She is very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a pair that would work for being a service plumber technician. Having new laces and conditioning for the life of the boot is a very nice benefit! To ever reads this you need to travel over to Fort Collins Colorado and let Bonnie make feel amazing. This wonderful lady loves her customers so much that she remembers about all of them. I havent seen her in about a year and a half then I walk in and she remembers my name. Not only does remembers my name but also the last pair of boots I purchased last. Best costumer service and pays attention to detail. My feet have never felt better since Bonnie fitted me for red wings. All hail Bonnie, the great red wing goddess.

I wandered into the store today looking for a pair of work boots. Id never gone into a Redwing (and honestly hadnt heard of them before today). Absolutely stellar service! I was asked friendly questions about my job and had some small talk with the rep, Abby, while looking. Once I found a few pairs I wanted to try on, she suggested we size my feet. Ive never been sized for shoes before so it was nice to get that assurance of what size would fit perfectly! Got a great pair of work boots that ended up being on sale since they were one of the last two pair. Win. I was also pleasantly surprised by the care package (for lack of a better term) they include with boot purchase. Treatments, laces, and stitching repairs all free! Highly recommend this location if youre looking for a nice pair of boots. (They even had a small hiking section so thats a plus!)

Wow! I could write a short story about the amazing service I got here. The owner of the store, who is a second generation Red Wing saleswoman, is amazing. I have always had problems finding shoes that fit and she showed me why I have problems. Her knowledge about Red Wing shoes is unparalleled. We tried on at least six pairs of shoes with several different insoles. It easily took us 45 minutes to find the right boot and she was happy to spend the time helping and educating me about my feet and the boots.Service like this rare. Pay the extra money for an expert to pick out the right boots for your feet.

Bonnie was super helpful in helping me find the right fit for my short, wide hard to fit feet. The selection for lady’s safety shoes/boots was wide AND they carry a good assortment of sizes so I had many options to choose from. I normally don’t have even one choice when I have shopped elsewhere. She also showed me a new way to tie my laces so they don’t loosen. And she is funny.I bought my third pair of safety boots from this store in four years today—and that is where I will go next time too!

Red Wing has great shoes. My past experience has been miserable. I live 45 minutes away. Two times in a row their system was down and they were not able to process payment. The employees were somewhat apologetic. The third time I went in they did not have my size. I asked 4 different pairs in size 13 not a single one in my size. I did inform them that I was frustrated. He employee didn’t seem apologetic at all. Kept repeating “no big deal man we will get some ordered for you” in a surfer tone. It is a big deal. My shoes stink at work. My coworkers notice it. I’ve been trying to get them for months. It’s a 45 minute drive each way. $12 in gas each way. So I’ve spent $36 in gas and have to go back again. I have two infants at home one with major disabilities. I’ve spent 5.5 hours of drive time alone away from my family and $36 in gas and still don’t have any shoes, but it’s “no big deal”. It is a big deal to me. I’m a single income family and all of this adds up. He took my number and told me he would give me a call with an ETA later that day or the next day . It has been 5 days now and no answer. So disappointing In a company I have touted about for years. I wish my company would let us buy shoes from somewhere else at this point.

I needed some good work shoes so I went to Red Wing. The staff at this location were very nice. The inside of the store is very nice. Lots of shoes to choose from. The sales person sized my feet and got me the shoes I wanted. I would recommend this place to a friend. I would say I will be back soon, but these shoes last a long time, so I wont be!

Absolutely fantastic. Marissa went above and beyond. I think I tried on half the store before I made a decision and she was there the whole time with a smile. Dont worry she was totally masked you could just tell. To cap it off she clued me in on the most comfortable socks Ive ever put on. 5 stars will be back.

The cashier was super helpful. He was attentive to my needs. He picked 3 different pairs of boots, gave the pros for each, and brought 3 pairs of said boots for me to try on. I was sold on the 1st pair because of the design. They feel great. At no point did the cashier/sales person try to upsell me on any products whatsoever. I found that to be very nice. They tailor the experience to the individuals needs. I will be purchasing another pair in the near future.

I work all over the country. I have been in other Red Wing stores in other states. By FAR this is the best boot store I have ever been too. I strongly suggest that if you need boots and in the area or just passing through, as I was, it is worth it to get properly fitted by a professional that knows her business, and that business is work boots.The lady that helped me was Bonny. If you have a problem in this store ask for her and I bet your problem will be fixed.

Ive gone through the same pair of work boots from Red Wings 2 times and I was looking to get the same pair. It was the BRNR XP. They had it in black and I was trying to keep the same style in the brown. They didnt have what I was looking for in stock. The owner and manager both searched all over for the exact shoe I was looking, they were honest and thought they werent sure they could find a pair in my size. LUCKLY for and they actually found a pair, they shipped it to the store and I was able to pick it up with in 4 business days of them ordering it. The Owner and the manager of this store went above and beyond to find what I was looking for. They will look out for the customer. They are honest and good people. I would recommend this specific store for anyone looking for work boots, hunting boots and even casual wear. They will go above and beyond for you. I am a Red Wing guy for life. Bought my 2nd pair of Red Wings today for work (I own the heritage for personal use). Couldnt ask for a better boot with a great warranty included. Offered new laces when I came to get new insoles, I politely declined. But just like my mother she knows best she handed me a new pack for laces when the current ones break! Redwings have always been a great product but this store in particular is exceptional. I’ve been a customer there for 10+ years and have yet to have a bad experience. It’s a personalized, one on one customer service experience. The staff members aren’t pushy or dismissive, and are always friendly, helpful, and take the time to ensure you get the best boot for the job. Would highly recommend.

A excellent shoe store and an excellent staff. They are helpful and willing to go through hoops to make sure they find the shoe that is right for you. For my job I hike anywhere from 6 to 12 miles a day every day and it took a toll on my feet. After having blisters every place possible, I finally started looking for better boots. Many people recommended red wing to me and I figured they weren’t a good fit because I needed something for hiking and red wing makes heavy duty work boots. Nevertheless I went ahead and got a pair. The staff at the Fort Collins office were wonderful and recommended a model for my needs and made sure the fit was right. They even guaranteed that they would take them back if they weren’t everything that I needed, even if they got messed up at work. These are hands down the best and most comfortable boots I have ever had for hiking. My blisters were able to heal while I was still hiking everyday while wearing these boots, which is amazing. Can’t recommend enough. Definitely get the memory foam insoles if you have high arches as well.
