This Goodwill store is clean. organized, and staffed with really friendly people! Really. I needed a paper cutter and they went out of their way to help me and I got exactly what I needed.

Love this Goodwill. We live in Texas and stopped by and found some goodies brought our daughter that we were visiting back and spent more money. Great values and clean store!

Its Goodwill. Sometimes you find treasure, sometimes you leave empty handed. Never feel like the prices are obscene and the place is pretty clean.

Dont donate/leave stuff here after its closed unless you dont care if someone drives up and steals it. As far as the store, I honestly dont know who decided to completely change and raise the prices to a ridiculous amount, but anyone knows that you would actually make more money by lowering prices when you have the flow of donations as this place does. Prices used to be excellent and now, Its kinda crazy.

Went to find a pet carrier on my way to Petco. An employee led me right to one, then I found a bigger one that I liked better for only 3.99! Quite a bargain compared to a new one at Petco. So happy that I listened to that still small voice that told me to stop at Goodwill

Great! Found two cashmere sweaters, a merino wool sweater, a lamp and some other fantastic finds.

I had just pulled up to this store and people were just dropping off to donate their household items I saw a couple of items that I needed so tried to buy. The manager couldn’t sale or give it to me due to it needing to be processed. It just makes me think. Places like this get all this stuff for free and are yet still very stingy with what people have donated. I have personally given a bunch of stuff from an office I had to empty to this place a while back just to see that they really have no heart to sale to a family in need. It’s sad.

I’ve always loved thrift stores and I basically grew up in them. But this goodwill is just great. Nice people, Nice sales, and just a nice place in general to look around.

I always find great stuff at this location. My only complaint is the lack of registers they typically have open or the small counter space at them. Otherwise ;welcoming staff!:)

Was a very good experience. A tall maybe 6 foot 8 inch man helped me remove my donation items from my car. Had a very good attitude and was overall a happy guy. I cant remember his name but I think it was John. He was a fantastic help. And with how tall he was, he was able to grab my heavy items. Can carry great conversation. Made me feel like I was dropping off items to my family members. Overall a very homey vibe to it. Would definitely donate again.

Decent deals. Always have new stuff from Target. The location is a little rough to get into and parking can be a nightmare when there is a long donation line. Staff is friendly and helpful despite clearly being understaffed and overworked. On West side of building they have a $1.99 for everything side. It is pretty unorganized but you can find some hidden gems in there.

Its staff is nice, as for the store I compare it to last year and it is too expensive. It is overrated considering they are mostly used items.

My visit was alright l purchased some items that l liked.

Good selection and constantly restocked, but the people working there are loud, rude, and obnoxious. They are always having their own conversations behind the register or while restocking that are sometimes wildly inappropriate. I’ve rarely interacted with a staff member who smiled at me.

This place is a hot mess! When it first opened it was a delight to shop there. It was very organized and completely clean. Over the years it’s gone downhill and become more like other Goodwill‘s. It’s hard to find anything in the mess, shoes are just piled on racks, they’re not even categorized by size. A lot of the clothes are the same way. I don’t have all day to look for something, so I just go to the ARC now. Savers was the best thrift store in town, but we lost that years ago 😒

Im thankful for the service this store is providing right now, during this crisis. but I definitely couldve done without walking in and hearing an employee read off a very long list of why guns are better than women (for example, a gun doesnt get mad if you go to sleep after you use it)there were some really disgusting comparisons, but apperantly it was just fine for two employees to loudly be having this conversation, right when you walk into the store.

Terribly over-priced items and racks are so full that you cannot even shop them. Staff (especially male managers) are rude and unprofessional. Pricing there makes no sense whatsoever. Ive seen items priced higher than new and some had original price tags on them.

This Goodwill is small and dirty, and everyone Ive interacted with who works at the donation drop off has been extremely rude.

Not bad for thrifting. Although, it makes absolutely no sense that the donation drop-off hours are restricted to 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. every single day.

Wow, I have never encountered such rude employees. This store is unsafe. Items are overpriced. Take the advise of many other reviews and save a trip and shop Craigslist instead. Goodwill doesn’t even deserve one star.

The only reason I dont rate this particular Goodwill a 0 star is because of the kindness I received from the woman completing the transaction.I do a lot of thrift shopping, and I pride myself on being able to find used things to make new. However, my first step into this store, it was in complete disarray. My first sniff filled my nose with the scent of mold and mildew. The clothing in all departments were half clean, half stained, and nearly all were damaged. Easily something that could be sifted through before shelving them for sales.Nothing was organized by size or style, and no employees seemed to care about the way things were on display. Lastly, the fitting rooms were so ill-kept that I could barely try on a headband without feeling like I needed to get out of there.Unless you are at your wits end, and unable to find anything remotely relating to your idea anywhere else, I would not recommend shopping here. I dont say this lightly, either. I hate putting down a business, but in all my years, all my thrifting, Ive never wanted out of a business so bad. If they get it together, Im happy to correct my rating, but otherwise, I refuse to even donate here.

Terry is kind and a delight to see - he runs the outlet better than anyone else over the past couple years. The outlet is how I clothe my family and myself. It’s huge for budgeting and I appreciate having it available. Wish the prices didn’t jump up from .99¢ to $1.29! Every penny counts and I can’t buy as much now, but I’ll still be back

I always find something great at Goodwill even if its not always what I was looking for.This place is everything I love: recycling, low prices, and helping people get jobs who might not be able to find one otherwise. Plus theres the thrill of finding the odd and the amazing.

This is by far the BEST thrift store in all of northern CO! Always a great selection and wonderful staff. You can anyways count on finding discounted goods (which is amazing if you’re on a budget) Love this store!

Employees were unusually rude and acted very snobby. They have considerabley raised prices, and no more discounts for seniors or military. No daily tagsales. During this time, when everyone needs a bargain and has very limited resources. Shame on you Goodwill

This is a very popular Goodwill for donation drop off. Which also means it can have a good selection inside. Theres a large selection of womens and mens clothing. They even have a Furniture section and sell new Serta mattresses. Whether youre looking for a tax deductible donation or a hidden treasure, look no further than Goodwill Fort Collins.

The man who “helped” take our donations from the bed of our truck was extremely rude. First time we came, made a comment about what we were donating and the second time he refused a completely perfect child’s dresser for no reason. He had a horrible attitude.

Got a cabinet & chair for 99 cents each! Got Michaels birthday gift he has wanted me to replace for several years! Very happy with purchases! Customer service was El Primo & this was his first day! This kid is going to be great!

Love this Goodwill. All the employees are nice the store is well maintained. This hrift store receives lots of donations so I dont expect it to look in order 100% of the time. Its fun digging for a good deal! I recommend ☺👍

I was actually told I could not drop off a bag of donations I had. One duffel bag full of clothes could not be taken in because the gentleman that look like a hobo must have had too much going on to accept a donation. Incredibly disappointing as I am literally trying to be charitable for someone who might have actually needed these things.

I enjoyed my shopping experience. My only gripe is with the 99 store. I wish they would organize the items and connect the shoes together!

Customer service in outlet store is absolute horrible. I got yelled for touching an item and asked to leave right after I walked in to the store. You guys should look into your employees in the outlet store- absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!Your outlet worker made me cry today. I have not experienced worst costumer service in my life. Very very disappointed!!!

This Fort Collins Good Will is a Good Will that I can always find something to wear. Usually find something with the original sales tag still on it. Today I walked in needing shorts-- found them, one new, one used, Im done and out. Check them out.

Wish they were a little more organized with their kitchen and decor area. Prices seem a little high in comparison to the Arc. But a good option if youre hunting for something.

This place was saving grace after my divorce. I was able to outfit my home with everything I needed at very affordable prices.

I had an L-shaped desk with a hutch in good condition that I was interested in donating, so I called ahead twice to ask whether it was an item they could accept. Both times, I was told yes, so I spent half of my Saturday transporting it there only to be rudely informed upon arrival that they wouldnt take any furniture. I also called Arc and Habitat for Humanity ahead of time to see if they could take the desk, and unfortunately, they couldnt, but at least they were able to communicate that before I wasted my time bringing it to them. Ive had several other bad experiences at this particular Goodwill, so its unlikely I will ever donate anything there again.

As far as Good Will goes, this is by far the messiest and poorest kept one I have ever been to. I mean, you can still get used things for cheap, which is kinda the point of good will. That said, there’s still just stuff scattered all throughout many of the aisles that belongs on the shelves and the staff doesn’t seem to care at all.

Hard not to love this place. They try to keep it organized and clean. They really dont have the room/capacity for the load of donations they recieve. Lots of great stuff there all the time. We got a real wood dining table and 4 chairs for $25. I mean come on. Remember to clean whatever you buy.

Store was very busy. Sizes were not organized. Hard to find sizes needed. Go with plenty of time to look especially if you are wanting clothing. Cashier was polite man.

Employees are generally pretty friendly here. I am baffled as to how dirty this place looks after only a few years in existence. They generally have a good selection, but youre going to have to dig, and there is generally not enough space for 2 people in any aisle.

I like coming here for some items we can use for school projects or some cute things for the porch. Sometimes you can find something interesting.

They seem to have lowered their prices to be more competitive. I recommend finding out the daily specials.

I gave this Goodwill a one star. This is the worst unorganized goodwill I have ever seen. The floors are dirty. The shelves, are haphazard. There are people there that must live there, because they are always in the back grabbing items out of the bins, before the employees have a chance to put the items on the shelves. I have been to a lot of other goodwills and they are clean and very organized. But this one I am shocked about. Upon returning to this store, I can see one of its biggest problems, here is the people hanging around the back doors. Grabbing, and almost pushing people out of the way. I am not talking about the sore employees. They are nice. I am talking about the buzzards, that hang around the back of the store. That try to get at the discount items. Like I wrote before. Other Goodwills, dont allow this. They say no one gets into the bins, until the items are on the shelves. That way everyone has a fair chance to get something. Not just the buzzards. I would like to see someone at there corporate office do something about this before it gets worse.

Cramped even after the remodel. Seems dirty all the time with items on the ground. Some of the crew is helpful and upbeat, others just care about about their next break.

I have always loved Goodwill ! But the past few times I have been in there, I have left disappointed! Very disorganized, could not get to racks due to other racks pilled in front of the clothing racks, all different sizes thrown together, and the building is not very clean.I would live to see the store that used to be advertised on TV .

Good lord this is absolutely the most disorganized thrift store I have ever seen. Clothes are mixed up; wrong sizes, clothing types, genders are just thrown on the racks. No point in even looking for anything. Wont be back.

The place is both packed with stuff and people and hard to get around but I found some great bargains.

Good deals but the store is filthy. The one in Loveland is much cleaner and not a hazard. Someone will probably trip in that store. Its dangerous. Need a bigger store and less dust and dirt and funk smells.

Maybe it was the day, but I was not very impressed with the set up of this Goodwill. Theres an obvious method to their madness, but their execution is lacking. Extremely disorganized, cluttered, and its hard to navigate through their aisles. Their parking lot is spacious, donation spot is easily accessible, and the staff was friendly, but I would prefer to drive to Lovelands Goodwill.

Its an OK goodwill. They have everything, but it is often a mess and finding what you want can be a pain, especially with purses. Deal days twice a month make their prices better because sometimes I think they are overpriced for a thrift store

Its a pretty meh goodwill. Ive never really found anything I was looking for. The whole store feels cluttered and messy. Lines at check out have typically been long when Ive gone in. I usually end up abandoning the meh thing I found when I see the long line and leave.

They have some really good deals there but I almost always have to wait in a long line.

I like Goodwill. This one was alright. It was quite disorganized and had a grimey feel to it. Also the heater smelled like it was burning something. The staff was ok. They were not friendly but they werent unfriendly. I bought some good socks that I am quite happy with.

This place is disgusting! Dont bother. Seriously avoid bed bugs and lice shop somewhere else!! That bargain room in the was dangerous and the employees are rude! One kept following me around the store and managed to bump into every time he passed.
