DO NOT GO HERE. Receptionist with long brown hair and bangs was a complete popous, arrogant lady . She harassed me about my mask not being pinched properly by my nose. Then as I was leaving one of my mask ear handles broke off, So I was unable to keep my mask on as I proceeded out of the building. She continued to badger me as I walked to the parking lot. Completely unprofessional. Dr Nelson on the other hand is amazing. And the other NCEC locations are wonderful
DO NOT GO HERE!Dr. Norris, while a good Doctor, talks down to his employees in a very disrespectful way. They also stopped taking a lot of insurances that they previously accepted, including mine. I have been going here for over a decade but has since merged with Eye Center of Northern Colorado. I stopped going to the Eye Center of Northern Colorado because they stopped accepting my insurance, never told me that and then send me a very large bill after the fact that help to push me into bankruptcy. After recently scheduling an appointment, they called me back to cancel due to the merger and me being discharged from the Eye center for their billing practices. Go here at you own risk but youd better make sure they take your insurance at every appointment because they can and will change that at any monument and may not tell you till after they bill you.
The Eye & Laser Center of Fort Collins has been my trusted partner for eye health and care for many years. The facility is wonderful! It is filled with the latest diagnostic and treatment equipment, which is operated by highly trained, talented, and competent staff. All the staff are friendly, compassionate, and always very professional from the receptionists, all the way up to Dr. Norris.Optimum vision is a precious commodity. If you want a facility, where you can completely trust that you will always receive the best of care... I recommend that you consider the Eye and Laser Center of Fort Collins.
Dr. Norris is wonderful. I needed my little one to be seen under short notice and he was very kind and patient with taking her for an examination. It was a very positive experience, especially under stressful circumstances. Thank you!
I have used the Prospect office in previous years and went to the Harmony office today and it was absolutely horrible! I have same insurance that I have had in previous years and they were made aware of that when I scheduled my appointment. My appointment was for 1:45 but didnt get to an exam room until 2:20 then I had to wait to be seen by Dr. finally at 3:30 I was finished just to be told my insurance doesnt cover glasses!?! They knew I was coming for GLASSES! Dr. was great but front staff ar very rude! I would highly suggest not using this office!
I am livid. My mothers appointment was at 3:30p and she is just seeing the doctor at 5pm! Unacceptable! I have a baby at home and was not expecting to be out of the house for over 2 hours. To your reply: you are sorry the appt took longer than I was expecting? So my expectations are off then? So you think waiting 1.5 hours to see the doctor is acceptable?
On June 27, 2020 I went to the office of Dr Norris for an emergency. The care was okay - he diagnosed a detached retina and referred me to a retina specialist. What wasnt okay was how he collected my Insurance co-pay of $40 and a $75 Emergency visit fee which he told me the insurance company would not pay. And then, he did not file a claim with my insurance company. I think that was probably because he knew the insurance company would pay him less than the $115 he collected from me.So I called his office back and asked them if a claim had been filed. They assured me it had. It has not as of Sept 2, 2020. So, I am out $115.00 (I had already met my out of pocket with my insurance company for the year). And he has the satisfaction of knowing that one of the patients he had is letting everyone know just how honest he runs his business. I hope its worth it to him
Dr. Andrew Norris is an excellent Ophthalmologist who is attentive to my eye care needs and treatments. I have been a patient for over 5 years and respect his honest and direct care and opinions. The office is well run, they are caring and appointments are made to keep your needs first. Crystal and Kristen are very well educated in eye exams. I trust their professionalism. Thank you to all.
I was seen for a 6 month check up. I was happily surprised that they were using a system to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The message on the door instructed me to call the office and let them know I was there and waiting in the outer lobby. In a few minutes someone came out to check my temperature, gave me a surgical mask to use in place of my cloth one and asked me a few questions regarding COVID-19 symptoms. They were practicing social distancing and masks were used by all the staff.
Eye And Laser Center Of Fort Collins is an excellent eye care office. My brother and I have been going there for years. Dr. Norris is a very knowledgeable and is very kind and caring. He never rushes you through a visit and always listens to you and is happy to answer your questions. His staff is very competent and caring. You couldnt ask for a better doctor and eye care center. I highly recommend them.
The office staff are friendly and efficient. And . . . I was referred to Dr. Norris after having to move from Denver to Loveland. My previous Dr. was moving further south and l could no longer drive the distance. He treated me for years and l had a lot of confidence in his care and treatments for my eyes. It was difficult to switch Doctors.I write this to say that Im grateful that l was referred to Dr. Norris. I have the same confidence in him. Hes thorough and discusses with me on where things are at with my eyes and hes very personable.Nora Gardner
Check in was quick and easy. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Staff are friendly and I had fun with the opticians helping me choose some new sunglasses. Also really appreciated opticians listening to my needs and not over-selling me. Dr. Norris is very knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough.
Ive been seeing Dr. Kim at the Eye & Laser Center of Fort Collins for the past few years, and the service has always been excellent. Holly and the staff are always friendly and helpful, answering any questions I might have. Michelle does a fantastic job at guiding me towards the best possible frames, and is always a pleasure to talk to. Cant recommend them enough.
Exceptional service. Dr. Norris has been great for me in my vision care. I enjoy the staff. They are busy, but they always seem to have a sense of humor. Professional care done well does not have to be delivered in a somber place. This is a good shop to get your vision needs taken care of.
Great Experience with Dr. Norris and his staff. They are always so welcoming. Can’t wait to get my glasses 👓
Good place to get your eyes checked, but they will sell you glasses you dont need or can get at the dollar store that work just as well. My experience in the past few years...1) Tested my kids eyes, said he was a bit near sighted. Said that insurance covered them, why not? At the end of the day, I was on the hook for $150 and my kid plays ball and everything, never wears them. They are barely prescription.2) Sold me Office Glasses - I need reading glasses. These will allow me to see the computer screen a few feet away. Another couple of hundred dollars. Then 6 months later I am in Target buying $9.99 readers, and I tell the optician about my Office Glasses, she says, all you need to do is lower the power a bit on your readers and they will do the same thing to see the computer (I am wearing the $9.99 ones now).I got taken to the cleaners, learn from my mistake. Never buy glasses from the same people that test your eyes.
Eye and Laser Center of Fort Collins Harmony Campus could improve by being a more personable company that understands each individuals situation is different. This would help to keep their clients.I have decided to not receive further treatment here due to a lack of respect during the recovery of my car accident. I was referred to this location by my doctor and unfortunately had to reschedule two appointments because I was unable to drive due to the severity of my accident. After rescheduling two appointments, I received a fee in the mail.I felt this fee was unnecessary for I had an upcoming scheduled appointment and I explained to them on the phone that I was physically unable to drive and didnt have anyone to take me to the doctors on the day I was scheduled. This is poor customer service and the Eye and Laser Center of Fort Collins is not a company I could recommend.
I have been a patient for many years. This is a fully professional, competent practice, led by Medical Doctors and supported by long-serving, capable individuals in both the technical and administrative support components. Appointments are made and kept promptly, examinations are thorough and outcomes are explained clearly and completely. The general atmosphere is friendly, smooth and businesslike. Those of us who are officially senior citizens have plenty of opportunities to develop informed opinions of medical practices. The Eye and Laser Center of Fort Collins is in the very top tier.
If you want the BEST eye car in Northern Colorado, without reservation I highly recommend Dr. Norriss office and his professional staff. Eye care is serious business. I will never forget Dr. Norris telling me we dont perform surgery on our eyes because we want to. Your eye sight is too valuable to trust to any radio ad or advertisement. They have earned my respect and gratitude for helping me protect my most valuable asset, my vision.
I have been a customer of this practice for over 10 years. It is a professional, well run group. I am especially indebted to Holly for here ability to refract my eyes each time with superior results. Thank you.
I have used the Eye and Laser Center of Fort Collins for over 10 years and am very happy to recommend it. I count on their professionalism, knowledge and courtesy for my eye needs. This has included vision exams as well as more specialized treatment for tear chemistry imbalance. They are very helpful in all regards.
I went in for an eye examination, simply because Im 69 and I wanted to make sure my eyes were OK. A technician made basic measurements and Dr Kim examined my eyes. She was very thorough and explained everything about my eyes in detail that I could understand. She also explained what to look for in the future, concerning my eyes. I was very satisfied with the work they did.
What a great place. Not pushy about having to buy glasses. Very professional staff
I am always treated with curtesy and respect when I have my appointments @ the eye and Laser Center of Fort Collins. Dr. Norris is very professionalHe listens and and answers any questions I have. They are currently following the Covid 19 rules to keep all of us safe.I have been a long time patient of Dr. Norris, He has done several procedures on my eyes, all have been successful. His staff is caring and very helpful.
The staff and Dr. Norris have been exceptional in my eye care. Questions have always been answered fully and enough time is allowed to meet all my needs. I would highly recommend The Eye and Laser Center of Fort Collins. In addition, J.P., an employee, has been phenomenal.
I was a new patient. They made lenses for me 2 times and I could not see out of any of them. The surface of the first pair was crazed very badly that any kind of quality control should have caught it. I have no idea why they other pair was not even close to being right. After 2 miserable failures I still had trouble getting them to refund my money so I could go somewhere else that could make a pair of glasses that would work. I ended up at Eye Center of Northern Colorado. They where very professional and nice pair of glasses for me.
I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. It lacks basic professionalism. Dr. Norris spent five minutes with me, clearly impatient and charged $295 for the visit. I learnt nothing about my eye conditions. Everything was geared to so-called dry eye stuff which is clearly not what I suffered from. The dry eye test was done without consulting me and it was billed separately for left and right eye in a total of $110....for what? a five-minute work of collecting a drop of tear and reading the numbers??? Most particularly, I was actually asked to pay the test on the day of the service in the office for only $22. But, when it was billed to the insurance, the figure became $110.It seems the clinic tries so hard to make money out of this dry-eye business. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with medical professionals.
Responding to my complaint about my new glasses, vision prescription retests were scheduled and results confirmed that a previously prepared glasses purchase needed to be replaced at no cost to me. Staff was extremely responsive to my initial complaint, and scheduled retests rapidly and very professionally, resulting in Dr. Norris authorization of their proposed recommendations.
I have been a patient there for many years. They are very professional and helpful. I feel confident that my vision needs are being met. Everyone is friendly and helpful!
Friendly and caring staff and doctor. From arrival, I felt like my eye care was important to everyone who I was in contact with. The environment is comfortable. The only problem with the environment was that the waiting area was a bit cramped.
This place was a complete disappointment. I saw a doctor for 10 seconds. The rest of the time was with a tech 2 weeks out of school. It took 5 people 20 minutes to answer a basic insurance question. The doctor was very dismissive about my health concerns.Avoid.
Dr. Norris is great. His concern for my eye sight was appreciated. Cant complain about the service but have avoided buying glasses from them so cant comment about that.
Several years ago I developed cataracts in both eyes at what I thought was a young age for that type problem. As a solo provider myself at the time I knew I didnt want to end up in some production line practice. I had questions. Dr Norris had been in successful solo practice for a number of years with a very good reputation. I made my appt. I couldnt have made a better choice. My surgeries went beautiful! That was 6-7 yrs ago. I still see him regularly, know his staff well. JP and Michelle are the best. I refer my own patients and family on a regular basis and have yet to hear any negative feedback. Theyre what Im looking for in healthcare!
Dr. Norris and staff have provided excellent care which is much appreciated.Any vision issues have always been addressed with a full explanation. As I age, I can learn to adapt, with their help, to changes in my vision.
Always positive. Will miss Dr. Kim of course but wish her the best. The staff is very good and thorough.
I have been going to Dr. Norris for over 35 years and he is the best in expertise and bedside manner. A couple of years ago, I bought glasses from another place, and they were all wrong, broke 3 times and werent much cheaper. For personal care for your eyes for glasses and medical competency, Dr. Norris and the Eye and Laser Center of Fort Collins is the best.
Service time has improved from the past when sometimes it took almost two hours. I have always felt they wanted me to get glasses in their office, but that pressure has been lifted. Otherwise, the care is excellent.
Dr. Norris and staff have been excellent care takers of my eyes over the last 13 years and going. They have done exceptional service for me all my family members, too,
Excellent care! Careful attention to detail. I always have a positive experience when seeing Dr. Norris and his team. They take great care of their patients!
Its easy to make an appointment and I always get in within a few minutes of my appointment time. JP and Dr. Norris are always friendly and professional. I appreciate that Dr. Norris chose to treat my dry eyes using low cost options rather than immediately prescribing an expensive drug.
Very nice personnel. Clean surroundings. Minimum wait time. All personnel seem very knowledgeable and helpful. Very comfortable.
The entire staff, as well as Dr. Kim, are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kim takes the time to answer your questions without making you feel like you are wasting her time. I would refer anyone looking for an eye care professional to The Eye and Laser Center of Fort Collins.
I had my first experience recently with the Eye and Laser Center of Fort Collins and it was very pleasing. I got in within minutes of my appointment and finished in a reasonable time.
Everyone was extremely nice and took care of me quickly. The Doctor did a very thorough examination.
Pleased with my appointment, got in on time and not have wait. Treated well by all staff members.
Very organized, friendly, love working with JP, thorough. I was one of Dr Norris’s first patients, and am still with him 30 years later.

If I could give a zero, I would. Went in for my annual exam in December only to find out they screwed up my benefits from 2016 and put them into 2017, meaning I lost an entire year of benefits and cant get that back. The office staff are some of the rudest people Ive ever encountered, acting as if youve interrupted their day when you check in. Do yourself a favor and find another facility.
They have been very receptive to my concerns, which I really appreciate.
My experience with the Eye & Laser Center was terrible. They wanted to do an unnecessary invasive procedure and falsely have me as having visited them on a day when i never left home.
Always very friendly, informative and professional.
Very detailed, helpful, knowledgeable and concerned about my wellbeing.
Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable staff.
Knowledgeable, friendly and professional team of practitioners and support staff
Dr. Norris was the doctor on call for an eye emergency on the weekend. He was very kind and fixed the problem and worked with the pharmacy to get eyedrops within the hour!
Great people-No problem, ever.
Fantastic staff and fantastic care.
Professional and caring!
Very thorough
