I recently purchased a local business in FC and decided to continue using Enhance Printing since they too are a local business. We ordered a few products from them which were great, but then placed an order for some decals that had some very specific requirements. The decals were not the size that I specified and as we have tried to use them, they are not holding up in the sun and weather. These details were specifically related to the staff at Enhance. I emailed twice and talked once to the staff, but have had no response and continue to deal with decals that are too small and will not stay on...wrinkling, corners pulling up and coming off once they are outside in sun. It is very disappointing to spend $2K for a product that we need to promote our business and to not be provided that product...it is especially disappointing that another local business would treat its customer with such disrespect. I am taking my business elsewhere...I cannot trust this business to stand behind its product.
