First and last time I go to this store. Went in and found the scream costume, with the bleeding mask (which was on the label as well). Bought for the average price $50, however, after getting into my car and let my son have it and after he opened it we found that the mask was wrong. It was a regular mask, not a bleeding mask as advertised. Went back in and the guy at the register said that since it was open we couldnt return it, but how do you find out the packing is wrong without opening it? Waist of time and money going to this store.

Super cool store! I have a holiday tree up year around. Anyway, I love to stop here to find items to put on my tree. This time it was for Cinco De Mayo decor. They had a selection of things I needed! I was so happy. Shopping for Christmas tree decor for other holidays isn’t always easy! I’ll definitely continue to go back. I did enclose a picture of the Easter Tree that the eggs on the tree came from here.

Always find what I need for a good party! Careful though, prices add up quickly. 😖 Often I find similar items for less $ elsewhere.

Not gonna lie had the exact thing I needed to complete my Halloween costume. I was about to give up so I went there and sure enough boom $20 right there. Next time around Ill just come here first.

Employees were very helpful and nice. The store was enormous, huge selection. Make sure to make a list first before going in so you stay focused on what youre buying and dont get distracted. Other than that its a great place to shop!! Thank you Party city!!!

Found what I needed. Great place to find any party need. And they have a wide variety of fun shaped balloons for all occasions.

I walked into Party City and was pleasantly surprised at the large variety of celebration items that they carried. I found exactly what I was looking for, and will definitely be going back again!

This location is like any other and well stocked. My issue is with the staff that is literally a group of kids standing around together laughing and joking. Was not greeted or asked if I needed any help. When I asked this group of kids where to find a specific item I was told by one of them that they dont sell it while the others looked around aimlessly until one girl who may have been the manager said it might be in aisle 8... she was correct. I know kids have to work to but this location needs a serious manager to keep these kids from treating their place of business like a local hangout. There was even kids who didnt work there in the group having a great ol time. If this is read by corporate, you need to send someone down to this location and find a responsible manager who can teach these kids how to work in retail and learn professionalism. As a business owner myself, I would be appalled to see my business being staffed in this manner. Again, good selection as with any Party City but this place needs some attention towards staffing.

This was a super cool place. They were pretty friendly, and they had awesome things for some pretty good prices. Only problems was the store was kinda messy and they were out of helium (not their fault). Would reccomend and will come back.

Seemed a little too festive and not very somber. I was getting supplies for a wake and most of the items s would not have been appropriate.Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

We like Party City especially because theres lots of things in one place for parties. You are definitely going to pay the price though for going to a party store vs going somewhere else but you do get more selection. Our kids dont like to go to Party City around Halloween because they think its too scary. I wonder if they can move some of the scariest stuff to the back of the store during that time. They do have a really good selection for kids birthdays and a good candy selection for goodie bags.

They literally have everything, I love that its divided into separate colors, great for school spirit.

Ordered five bouquets of mylar helium balloons; they were high quality and fairly priced. Tony was very helpful with the selection. Great place!

Its got all the holiday and party stuff, was pleasantly surprised by their Mardi gras attire.

The store was clean and organized. But when we went to checkout there was a mile long line and only one person checking is out. Then 3 other employees walked out of the office and said that the cameras didnt show how long the line was. They need to adjust it to provide better customer service.

It is in a great location. Close to toys r us and Target so you are sure to get everything you need in one stop. The store itself isnt any different than the others so my rating is based on cleanliness and location.

I went in here right around Halloween and it was a messy madhouse, but I dont know that I could expect anything else. Im sure they do 90% of their business in the two weeks before Halloween. would be five stars but knocked off one because the girl behind the register acted like we were insane people for asking her to help us find something.

They have so much to pick from! My daughter loves masks. So went here to pick one out for her birthday party (masquerade theme like on Labyrinth the movie)

The store has pretty good selection and the employees are very nice and helpful, in spite of how rude some shoppers can be. Im not sure I could be as pleasant if I had customers constantly nitpicking over prices and discounts.

Incredibly nice staff made my little girls day! Store was very neat and organized; found what I needed within a huge amount of inventory. Low prices, lots of balloon options and really nice staff.

Horrible customer service. I placed an online order for balloons and 45 minutes before I was supposed to pick them up, they sent an email saying they cancelled my order. No phone call, no explanation, no apology. I went to the store and asked if I could get part of the order (I placed about a $50 order of 20 plus balloons) and they were completely apathetic and not accommodating. I commented this seemed like bad customer service and the only reply was, “you’ll get a refund if that’s what you’re worried about.” I called Safeway and they were able to fill a balloon order for me in less than 10 minutes. I’ll be giving them my business from now on.

We went there last night to get costumes. Im 9 months pregnant ai I was trying to find one that would be fun and fit. The guy helping us literally stood practically on my husbands lap the entire time we were trying to choose. He ruined the fun it it. Then rushed to only help my husband and didnt grab my costume when I asked. He came out with my husbands and not mine. So I asked again and he comes back out and says we dont have it. Then basically no other help from him and he moved on to the next customer. Again standing there breathing down their neck while they were shopping. I give the store 3 stars only to be fair as the cashier was sweet.

WAY over-priced!!! The balloon collection that we ordered online seemed like a good but, but we did the rest of the birthday party shopping at Target and Walmart.

Always enjoy Party City. Mostly went for Halloween related stuff... Much cheaper overall than Halloween City for the same things.

I ordered a bunch of things for my kiddos party online for in store pickup. They had a great selection and it was super easy. It was all ready the same day!

I have tried calling this store 5+ times to find out if they have an item in stock. The line says busy. I called Longmont store and informed me the fort collins store doesnt like to answer their phone. This makes it inconvenient for someone wanting info before driving from johnstown to find out they dont have it. Tha kful for the help from longmont store but horrible service from fort collins store

This place has got everything under the sun for any kind of party you might think of ! They have so much that it can be difficult to choose what items to purchase. The staff is extremely helpful and always greet with a smile as well as check out.

I was disappointed in the selection. This is funny because Party City has pretty much everything. However, being in a college town one would expect more matching colors of the local University. The green was not the same color as Colorado State.

Dont buy balloons from here, they only last 4-6 hours unless you pay extra. King Soopers gives you the better balloons and they are much cheaper. Shame on you for charging this way.

Party city is nothing like it used to be. They hardly ever have what Im looking for.

If you decide to shop here make sure that you dbl, triple check the prices and make sure the items are in the correct locations. I went in today and picked up a few items, when I got to the register the items were all double what they advertised on the shelf. When I spoke with the staff all three were rude and would not give me the items for the price listed. I recommend shopping elsewhere unless you like to throw your money away.

Great place when you need party stuff at the last second

I was at this location in May to get birthday supplies for my sons 3rd birthday in July. We live in Montana and do not have a party city, so I got a bunch of stuff then because he wanted spicific items. Last night I got out all the party city bags that we brought home and started to get everything ready for this weekend. I purchased a box of 100 orange forks and almost 1/2 way through putting them with napkins I ran out of forks. I paid for 100 and received 49!?!? This morning I called and talked to the manager and she said just bring them in with the receipt. I am about 8 hours away and explained that plus I already have the other 49 put together. She said just go to any party city, we do not have a party city where i live. No apology, or possible explination. I will definitely not be back!

What a bunch of lazy people. They don’t do same day balloons. Just needed a single number 2 balloon for my kids birthday and they refused to because they had ‘too many orders’. No one was doing anything. Just a bunch of lazy high schoolers.

Horrible customer service, items didnt ring up with the price listed on shelf, took items back, manager didnt want to price match amount marked on shelf or meet in the middle. She made me feel like the dumb one who couldnt decipher the description of the item. Then, both the manager and cashier acted like it was inconvenient to refund my money. I wont be going back and that was my first time going to this location.
