[1] Deceptive advertising on website: displays pics of finished dolls by descriptions of doll kits.[2] Pretends to be unable to accept returns unless you mention contacting VISA for reimbursement. Then suddenly she can accept returns.[3] I was due a $59 VISA refund for a simple return and she only gave me a $39 refund. Had to file a dispute with VISA. So now VISA will have to deal with her from this point to ensure full credit is repaid.Shop elsewhere!!
