Absolute worst service. I left my name and number 3 times for these people and not one person got back to me. After calling and finally reaching someone they said they had never written down my name or number once. I also went on the website and filled out a contact form there because I was so desperate. They showed no interest in helping me with my treadmill or servicing it.

We bought a used treadmill from this establishment. The person who dealt with us (David) was friendly and helpful. there was NO pressure to buy. We insisted that we would transport and set up the treadmill.Probably because of that, we received a message on the display regarding the belt. This had not occurred in the store. When I contacted the store the owner/manager (Steve) Met me at the store Instructed me how to fix the problem and then gave me FREE OF CHARGE the tools and lubricant I needed. IF WE EVER NEED ANY EQUIPMENT IN THE FUTURE,, WE WILL DEAL THIS OUTFIT FIRST!!!
