Great place to buy parts for a John Deere skid steer

This is one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with........very trustworthy honest people Derrick and miles went above and beyond to ensure success for my business ♥️♥️♥️

The service department is phenomenal! I used them to service my mower. Trisha was so very nice getting me scheduled. She told me my mower would be there for a few days she was right! She immediately let me know when it was ready to pick up and I have nothing but the best to say about my experience with 4 Rivers in Fort Collins! I will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I love tractors

Poor communication, improper information, lack of correct part orders, empty promises, these are just a small amount of issues I have dealt with for over a year getting service and parts at this facility. Today was the final and not the first occurance of this specific issue. Today they stated they will bring your parts out to you. When I arrived I call the number on the sign in the pickup spot. They transfer my call to parts and was left on a terminal hold. I call again and they procede to tell me to come inside. Dealt with this place too often, not planning or liking having to in the future. Service is of low priority.

Bought a new John Deere Mower Conditioner 625 from this store this year. Machine is awesome and service up to the purchase was great. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars as the only thing I think would live room for a bit of improvement is the delivery. Felt a little rushed to get out the door after purchase and wouldve like a few more pointers on the machine itself before I left the dealership. Otherwise good experience. Parts dept is helpful as well

I bought a used track loader there a few months ago and the machine has been working great but noticed a small problem with a bent cover that effected the quick attach system so i took the part off and brought it in to Cory and he handled it like a champ, got me a new part at no cost and i am back in business. Its employees like Cory that make this business great and make me look foreword to going back there again when i need something.

Tried to buy a part from these guys, the mark up was 275% over suggested list price...is that even legal??? Your much better off using a different jd dealer.
