This place is amazing! I am 40 years old, my wife is 32 and my children are 7 and 9. We drive over an hour specifically to go to this store because we all find something that we love, whether its mini versions of my favorite toys of the 80s and 90s or the latest cool toy that the kids all want.... They have it all! 10/10 would recommend!

Discriminatory :( does not honor medical exemptions for the face mask order and allow those who cannot medically tolerate face coverings to shop in store. We were trying to shop small and local but we will not give our money to a discriminatory business.

If I could give this a place a 10-star review I would. The staff was extremely helpful with what I was looking for and went above and beyond and made my girlfriends entire trip.This learning Express is bigger than anyone Ive ever seen and it has a great selection. If I ever come back to Colorado Im going to come back and shop here simply to support the staff at the learning Express.

I was so super upset the day I went here because there was some a little bit older kids than my youngest and they were playing around and ended up hitting my kid with one of the toys there starts laughing and then takes off running didnt tell him sorry for any of it and then a staff member just walks right by and dont say anything and my son is only 4

This store is really great. The owner goes out of her way to keep it as safe as possible and she extremely kind to everyone who comes in. She manages the newest regulations for businesses with grace and it’s a joy to shop here. All employees are helpful, fun, and polite & the store is immaculate. There’s always a sale happening and it’s the best place to find the best toys. They have a great selection of the newest toys too.

Well this place is a nice place for your kids well the whole family because I admit I was playing with the toys too lol but it is very expensive I guess its what your looking for too

Learning Express Toys is the best! Their massive selection of toys for all ages is unmatched, and their employees are top notch.When I walked in, the young woman working there greeted me and asked how she could help. I told her which toy I was looking for—which no other stores including Amazon carry—and she immediately walked me right to it. I then asked about several other toys that I had been unable to find elsewhere, and she led me right to them without hesitation. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable.I highly recommend Learning Express Toys and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Brinda the owner is wonderful! The whole staff is super friendly! My friend and I went in to find squishmallows and they had amazing stock even on a day without a big drop! Brinda is super kind and helpful! She’s awesome to talk to! They had a lot of awesome squishmallows and even though that’s what I came for I found myself lost in the store because of the awesome products! The store is super organized and clean! I’m 100% going back again!

Literally just asked a question over the phone & got snapped at, i understand it’s annoying when people call to ask questions sometimes but that was ridiculous & overly rude. i should have asked for that employees name, seems from the other reviews this isnt the first time. get a better attitude if you want any customers.

UPDATE: they are now claiming I somehow used a “back door” implying that I found a way around their system to buy something that wasn’t available.I purchased a Squishmallow from them online on Friday the 19th. They waited three days, and cancelled my order saying I’ve never purchased from them before so I can’t purchase this Squishmallow. I then see on social media that they made posts over the weekend (after I had already purchased) about this requirement. Their policy on their website also states they are required to contact the customer before cancelling an order. This should have never been available online if I was not able to purchase and I should have been contacted about this. 0 star customer service.

An amazing toy store for all ages! Staff was super helpful and selection was great.

We purchased a kids boxing kit for Christmas. After opening it, pouring the sand in the base, throwing the box away, we aired up the bag it took a long time to air up and the bag deflated after a few hours. I brought the bag only in and they pulled it out of a different box due to that bag being defective. The customer service was fantastic and I will always shop here for upcoming kids bdays and holidays

They were so rude on the phone. I just tried asking them what they had today because their website says to call and the person who picked up was so rude. She didn’t answer any of my questions and told me to have a good day and hung up.

I always have so much fun in this store. They have a great selection of things for my grandchildren. I appreciate the free gift wrapping too. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Me and my daughter went there twice for fidgets and they charged us $40 for 9 fidgets when you could’ve gotten a pack of 32 fidgets for only $32 off of Amazon I do not recommend this store there quality is terrible my daughter got a unicorn stress ball and it popped that exact day so do not get stuff from there so overpriced and terrible quality!

This place is amazing so many toys and fidget toys they just about everything toy related and stress relievers.

There are only two good toy stores in Fort Collins and Learning Express is the best when it comes to the staff. The staff is so helpful and kind here. They really do help you find the perfect gift. They are also great with kids. The store isnt huge, but they do pack a fair amount into a small space. I wish they were willing to special order items that they no longer carry, but this didnt seem to be an option. At least they send out coupons, which is nice, as you can easily spend a small fortune here. The biggest negative about the store is that they dont have a restroom. A store that caters to kids should really have a restroom. There have been many occasions when I have left because my children needed to go to the bathroom. They used to have one and I really wish they would again. Overall, this doesnt stop us from shopping here, but we certainly dont stay as long.

Not only have I gotten gifts my grandchildren love here, but they wrap them too! Free! And, 5 days after my visit, I realized I left my really nice change purse with cash and gift cards inside. I called and they had put it aside for me, not knowing if I would even come back. Great options for a wide variety of ages!

Lots of toys and friendly staff.

I was very disappointed in how my family was treated at this store. We came in for the first time to pick out a few Christmas presents. My daughter (2) and son (11 months) were excited and immediately started playing with the toys they could reach. I am always careful bringing them into stores because kids make messes, but I made sure they were putting items back and not touching anything breakable. One of the employees followed us around the entire time cleaning up everything we touched, rolling her eyes, and making rude comments under her breath. I ignored her for awhile, but then she came over and took toys out of my daughter’s hands to put them back on the shelf and told her not to touch anything. For a toy store that promotes learning through play, you would think the employees would have a little more patience and respect for children. I was ready to buy 5+ items, but decided to put them back and look elsewhere after being treated poorly. I will be taking my business to Clothes Pony downtown, where they interact kindly with my kids, let everyone play without grumbling about messes, and don’t treat families like they are a burden.

I contacted Brinda on fb in regards to a 24 squishmallow to see if it could be shipped to Las Vegas. She was so courteous and friendly. She provided me the store number, took my info and payment, and within just a few days the squishmallow arrived, it was a gift for my mom, and she loved it. it was perfectly packaged and so fluffy. I HIGHLY recommend this store and Brinda. This is true customer service, she is so kind.

Really stepped up their selection and variety since toys are us went out of business. Nice age range too. Found the perfect unique gift and a popular item too. Free gift wrap was a big help.

The store has a large selection of learning toys which are reasonable priced. They also have a monthly calendar of kid activities. The employees were very attentive and helpful. Gift wrapping is free!

Best toy and game place ever.

Always a good experience each time we shop. Friendly staff who is available to assist when needed, but allows you to meander around aimlessly without interruption. Great selection of toys, games, and collectibles all competitively priced.

New location next to Sprouts means plenty of parking and a larger store. A fun toy store with quality toys and games, puzzles, puppets, ect. Not a Barbie or superhero doll in there, thankfully.

My kids love going in here, they have the best selection for toys for different age groups. Customer service is great here, they answered all of my questions and were nice to my kids when they needed help finding something.

The pricing is not great, and the employees can sometimes be rude. They have a rule where you cannot come in without a parent and is pretty inconvenient if you are trying to get in to buy something when no parent is with you. Overall a pretty bad experience over the multiple times I have visited.
