The store itself is a typical Tractor Supply Store, kept pretty well stocked and very clean. The customer service is great unless its in the evening time and you need propane, they seem to always be out or its broken they say. But then in the morning its full and working... evening crews are full of excuses to not fill propane. .

Rude staff. Very short and not helpful.Just wanted to buy a roof rack.Staff member was clearly irritated I was even asking. Asked if I could order one and they said good luck.

I have to concur with the other customers about the propane situation yesterday night I went over it was still daylight and the lady did not only tell me that they didnt have propane she said that they dont do it after dark and to me I was able to see a good hundred yards down the roadIf I think the little things like tending to propane builds the little customers into big ones I used to work harder lumber sales commercial sales and thats how what I found

First time in this store for black Friday and I fell in love! This store is amazing! They have so many great things, from clothing, to auto, to animal feed. I even bought cooking stuff. They have work clothes for everyone! I cant wait to go back.

Great service, nice and very knowledgeable female employees (always a big plus for a guy) and a surprisingly wide selection of merchandise.A little bit of everything. I visited Home Depot, Ace Hardware and Lowes looking for an electric chainsaw.On the verge of giving up and ordering from Amazon, I stopped bu Tractor Supply and in their small chainsaw section...They had just what the doctor ordered. A powerful electric with a 14 amp motor and a 18 inch bar.Outstanding.

After asking for help twice and being smarted off to, I took my $500.00 and spent it at another store. Ugly cashiers and no help!

Normally I’m a big fan, but since COVID started, they’ve kind of been rude. I have been using their curbside service and every time they act like it is a huge imposition to bring things to the car. Very rude and very snotty!

We will always shop at this store when ever possible! Tim was amazing we had found a miss marked item and he honored it no questions asked! He was extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store and what would fit our needs best at the best price. His wonderful customer service has made us customers for life!

While the selection is good, the prices are higher than others in the area for similar items. We had a poor experience at this location when trying to buy a larger propane tank. My husband asked for assistance loading the larger tank into our truck as he had back issues from an accident. The mature female salesperson told him no and said he could lift it, he was young despite his explaining why he couldnt. She wouldnt budge and being in a pinch we ended up purchasing multiple smaller tanks which cost more.

Helpful and friendly staff will guide you to your needed items. This was the case for me when I was sent there by our tree service to find a special tree root killer that would work for us. Im glad I didnt have to spend hours looking for it at many stores but could walk in and quickly buy it.

I can find products here that I cant find at other farm and ranch stores. Always have more than one associate ask if I need help! Pleasant, courteous people. Good sales.

Stopped by this location on 8/29 after work. I usually shop at the Greeley store but they were out of stock on an item that I needed. The good is that Fort Collins had the item I was looking for. The bad is that the 2 girls working the front when I came in were so busy chatting, they did not greet or even look up at me. I could have lived with that, but when came up to check out, one of the girls hurriedly turned her back to me. They continued their conversation while ringing me up. Sorry to interrupt social hour. I will stick with the Greeley store.

Very clean and well stocked store. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of dog foods at a great price. The only complaint I have is that they dont like doing propane refills after dark, they always have some crazy excuse for not doing it.

Over all great place. Need experienced propane techs . My last 2 visits could not get my tanks filled persons had no idea what they were doing, had to go to co-op

Bought pellets to keep rabbits out of my yard. When I opened it up the seal was broken and it was only half full! Was this a return and stuck on the shelf by mistake?

The people here at the Ft Collins store are more like a family than employees. Longmont store runs a close second. The Manager Tim went out of his way to come to my house and fix an issue with a riding mower. Kory and Theresa are the best. I cant say I have ever met nicer people or harder workers. Thank you for all you do.

Went in looking for a trailer, but when we asked to buy it they said the manager wasn’t there and we had to come back when the manager was there. We ended up going to another tractor supply. I think a manager should always be on duty in order to sell things as such.

I just had my puppy. Chipped for$20. Best price I could find anywhere. The people are friendly and caring to my little puppy.

Our Tractor Supply store does a great job keeping its inventory complete. It is geared toward the more intense, DIY landowner, livestock owner and equestrian looking for quality and availability. This Tractor Supply store makes shopping local feasible. My latest great experience included finding a huge selection of all the bits and pieces needed to recondition my PTO sprayer. Tractor Supply does a good job of predicting/knowing what customers want and need. You wont find Tractor Supplys shelves filled with a lot of useless or low-quality doo-dahs, yet the store still feels welcoming. Their online store is also fast, accurate, and helps me do advance research, or know ahead of time whether a store has my item in stock. Tractor Supplys pairing of excellent on-the-ground stocking, and responsive online pre-shopping saves me a lot of time.

Much smaller selection of Wrangler jeans. Have been buying from Tractor Supply for years and now have to shop somewhere else

Staff is highly uneducated, wasted an hour of my fathers time by not knowing their products and ensuring him they had what he was looking for when they didnt. Rude and inconsiderate. If you would like to talk to educated, polite and customer oriented staff members for any of your needs look elsewhere!

Well went in for a mower on sale and they had sold out. The lady said she checked with the other stores and Greeley had some. Drive there and they didnt. Ive worked retail for a few years and we would never let someone go to another store without calling to making sure. Waste my time and gas.
