Todd was extremely helpful. I came in close to closing time and he was very patient and helped me after closing with my project that I am not experienced with for adding a valve box and sprinklers for my backyard. They were also stocked up well with everything I needed. I highly recommend this place.

Got shamed by an employee for walking in after they were “closed”. I started working at 6am and didn’t even notice they closed at 430 when I walked through the unlocked door. The employee pouted several times for a simple transaction. I even gave him my credit card number so he could process the transaction later. Here’s a solution, don’t work retail if you can’t at least “act” nice for the customer.

Unbelievable service. Tried tracking down a replacement sprinkler nozzle at every place in Fort Collins/Loveland before being recommended L L Johnson. Don tracked down the part for me and had me on my way in 20mins. Obviously, i’ll be calling them FIRST in the future.
