This place blows, horrible selection in tall boys and malt liquor. Everytime I go in there’s always something missing from a fridge. Do yourself a favor and head up the street to Campus West. They’re always stocked and have the best customer service.

The manager contacted me to apologize for what happened and they brought replacements to the order to my house. So I am changing my review to reflect this. However I don’t think I will be a customer in the future. Did not get my order filled completely. I was told that they would bring a replacement and removed half my order. The call the manager about this yielded nothing. Lastly I was hung up on by the person I spoke to last. Will not order again from them.

Yeah never had an issue with C&C until tonight. Went in to grab some beer as I’m waiting to be checked out I’m told that I could be helped out at the end so I walk up and immediately can tell by the body language and being met with silence after asking how their day was going that they did not want to help me. Jensen was the name. He was so adamant in wanting to be done with helping me he forgot to give me my card before going and answering the phone even though others could have picked up the call. After standing their making sure I wasn’t trippin the manager I assume asked if I was good I told him I don’t think I got my card back and even after the manager said something to Jensen he didn’t bother to apologize let alone even acknowledge that he had forgotten my card in the reader. Just rude man. Completely and flat out rude. I’m not expecting everyone being peachy and cheery all the time but as a human being there should be mutual respect exchanged. Won’t be back at C&C again. Before tonight it was always chill but Jensen just was over the top rude and whatever reason he got in his heart to feel some type of way about me he needs to work on that.

OMG...THE BEST!! The owner actually delivered my order today. Everyone at C&C Liquors are THE BEST!! 110% for the customer. I am very happy and will recommend them totally to allin Fort Collins. Congrats on the opening if your 2nd location. Great business and great people.

2nd time in a row I have had a busted can. Manager said send a picture and I did. Never got a replacement

They have good service but they have scammed me a few times by incorrectly marking their prices. A good amount of their bottles are marked for lower than they actually cost, and when I go up to the cash register to pay the price comes out higher than expected. When I ask them about it, they just say it was in the wrong spot and still charge me the actual price. At one point they had an entire aisle marked incorrectly because they had moved the wine. It’s a dirty trick so please be aware of this when you go in.

I usually love this place. Delivery is convenient and prices are decent. However, the last time I went in, only one out of four employees that I saw were wearing a mask. The others didn’t even bother to have one hanging from their face or anything. Also, there was a random dog (Rocky?) walking around. I’m fine with the dog, but I know that a lot of people have dog phobias. And the dog was trying to get out of the store when I came in. Doesn’t seem like a good place for a dog. If the employees aren’t wearing masks next time I go in, I’ll drive somewhere else where they care about the public’s health.

I cant leave the house due to COVID exposure and ran out of wine, I found this store and placed an order for delivery, it took seconds and I just had to click on the coupon to have it applied to my order. So simple and efficient, and I was able to get my favorites. Feeling much better about not being able to go out!! :)

Good selection and fast delivery (delivery fee $3 plus tax and tip) I would highly recommend for alcohol delivery in Fort Collins.

Be careful. This place has no problem delivering alcohol to someone who is dangerously intoxicated. My wife has a scary relationship with alcohol and I fear for her life so I do everything in my power to help keep alcohol out of reach. I go to work and then she calls C&C. It’s a lost cause. You don’t even need to show photo ID. They have made exceptions for this law time and time again. A birth certificate is not an adequate form of ID. This service is destroying lives. I believe this service might be convenient for someone entertaining a party but there needs to be a better system in place for people suffering with a deadly disease . I strongly believe alcohol delivery of a certain amount before a certain hour should be outlawed. Delivering a 12 pack at 9am on a weekday to someone who is clearly intoxicated and without ID is not ok

Picked up some seltzers and the price for them on the tag was different than what the cashier told me. When I told him the tag said something else for the exact product, he told me they did not update the tag. Instead of honoring the price due to them not changing the tag, he was not willing to compromise.

Sorry to say I did not have a positive experience. I bought beer that was rung up at a higher price than that of the shelf tag, the mixers in the fridge have no prices on them so you dont know how over-priced they are, the coupon I had was not used on all of the items I bought, and I requested an itemized receipt which they cannot produce.After getting home and doing the math, I had to drive the 20 miles RT the next day to get this all resolved. To the owners credit, she was helpful, gave me the refund of the overcharges, and was pleasant, so they get a star for that.Sadly, I feel kind of ripped off by the old bait and switch and I will likely not shop there again. The coupon drew me in and I spent over $220, but it left a really bad impression of the business. I do not like writing negative reviews, but am not happy about this.

Intentionally misplace items and lie about prices. Rack says one thing, they scan and price is far higher. Criminals. Just go to the store across the street. This place is trash, and the employees are unprofessional and rude.

A large and superb selection of beer, wine, and spirits. I spent twenty minutes just browsing. Found what I went for, and purchased a few surprise finds.

Just went here and bought some beer. Had a decent sized line. Had some guy doing a sales pitch while standing in line about an app to download and how I can save money everyday. Called into C & C liquor after leaving the store and they said okay and?I wouldnt go anywhere, that allows this type of bothersome marketing in their store. Dont go here.

A C&C Liquor delivery driver showed up at my neighbors door with no face covering to protect the intended customer. Once the delivery staff member realized he was at the wrong address, he called me. I was standing from my second-floor balcony watching the maskless delivery driver and had to ask the driver to go to his car and wear a mask before arriving at my door.This action should not be required by your customers to request delivery staff to wear masks when they come within inches of a customer during delivery. Because of this event, I will no longer use C&C Liquor as my local beverage provider until C&C understands the safety issues at hand by not wearing a mask.

Best liquor store in foco. Not only are all the people there helpful, considerate and nice, they are good people. This is the ONLY liquor store I’ll go to and the store next door Munchies is owned by the same family and just as incredible. If you ever need reasonably priced liquor (on top of a great selection) please only consider CNC

Employees are usually friendly and having the delivery as an option is super helpful when I dont have time to run to the store! Unfortunately, I have to avoid going in to buy anything because the employees never seem to wear masks and its obvious they dont take the precautions seriously.

Pros: They have the usual large selection of alcohol that liquor stores usually have. Slightly cheaper then some nearby neighbors. Some good deals if you check their list on Facebook or in store, or bring in coupons.Cons: Dark inside, feels a little dirty or maybe its just that its crowded and cramped, Im not sure. Their organization isnt my favorite and along with the lighting is why I prefer Campus West.

Great group of folks . Saw the flash sale of new Belgium 16oz beers but by the time the order came in it was sold out they promptly called me about the issue and hooked it up with 12oz cans for the problem upon delivery they also gave me a bottle of wine for the trouble . Highly recommend. Great team !

Good guys here. The owner is nice and remembers familiar faces. They are helpful and the selection is great. They have cigarettes and alcoholic ice-cream. Wine liquor and lots of craft beer. Regular coupons and they also deliver.

Good thing Campus West was open right down the road, Ill be keeping their business from now on. I may look young but I have a valid ID and its disappointing that I wasted my time at your store.

New (family owned I think?) liquor store with a friendly staff. They had some good deals and a very large selection. No complaints. Will most likely be my goto liquor store over Campus West since the parking is easier to get in and out of.

Only place to sell Dirty Heads beer in Denver. Called to have them hold what they had for me. Did so with no issues, drove up from Denver to pick up. They took my number and told me they would call if they got more. Also requested a few other beers for them to try and get. Good bunch of guys, very helpful. Nice selection of beers too.

Everyone that works there is so friendly dont ignore their customers always greet me. Delivery is another plus its personal touch to make sure you get what you ordered.

Cool that they deliver, but I got some rude service. It was my first time ordering from them, so I had some questions as to what they had. After two questions about price and if they had a certain drink, I got asked to hold and was returned with a disgruntled employee pretty much trying to get me off the phone. I said thank you and he hung up on me. When the order arrive, they forgot to take off a coupon that I specifically asked if they could apply it. Also the delivery driver left my drinks on the ground instead of handing them to me. I probably will never return here again.
