This store is in a convenient location and the staff are friendly, but they are ignoring statewide mask mandates for both staff and customers. The most recent time I went in neither cashier was wearing a mask and 2/4 other customers werent wearing masks either. I didnt feel totally comfortable checking out and wont be back as a result.

Great selection and variety. Our go to place, clean, friendly and always helpful when looking for a specific beverage!Never had issues with rude employees and no issue with their mask mandates, wear one cool if not no biggy!

I was disappointed to see I was the only person wearing a mask in the store. The selection was decent, and the employee was friendly, but Ill be going to a store which can supports ending the pandemic next time.

A friend and I went to this liquor store and we were immediately greeted with a man in a security tshirt with no mask on. He saw us, and asked us to remove our hoods. Mind you, it’s 12 degrees outside at this time. We comply and remove our hoods as he goes on to talk about how he “doesn’t trust people like us”. We felt as if we were being racially profiled, and were immediately uncomfortable. We walked down one aisle and his comments continued so we decided to leave. He met us at the door and accused us of stealing a bottle. We proceeded to tell him we were going to a store with better service and as he physically approached us, we left. Please take your business elsewhere.

Recently went to this liquor store, and was instantly asked to remove my hood, despite the fact I was not wearing my hood I was wearing a beanie during a snow storm in 12 degrees. I continued to walk through the wine section and overheard him saying “I don’t trust people like that” after hearing his comment I decided to leave and spend money elsewhere. As I was exiting the building the man physically approached me and my friend and accused us of stealing a bottle. Please do not go here. Employees do not wear masks and were extremely micro aggressive. Also why are there reptiles on display?

Do not give this store your business. I walked in and immediately noticed the employees weren’t wearing masks. Then, I felt so uncomfortable by the male worker getting very close to me and following me around the store. Even after he followed me around he accused me of stealing and told me to take my jacket off. The employee did not seem in his right mind and made me VERY uncomfortable. I will never be going back.

This place is very organized and clean. Friendly and helpful employees. A very good looking gentleman helped me find a great wine that all of my friends enjoyed. Def will come back.

I dont drink so when I was in the store I dont know if the lady was the manager or the owner but she was so helpful because I was looking for something in particular for a gift for someone and she just went the extra mile to show me an explain. There were two other employees that were working and chipped in information and help and I came away with a lot more knowledge than I had when I went in definitely I would recommend them.

They sometimes close before there posted closing time witch can be mega annoying

If anyone has had a negative review about Cottonwood Liquors I suspect there was more going on at that instance then accounted for. This is the most properly run liquor establishment in the area with awesome personalities behind the counter just waiting to help. Great suggestions by employees and continues to be gaining ground by suggestions from the cliental. Excellent selection of products and a perfect location, parking and all.

Shopped at the store on May 20 at 6:15. Customers inside the store wore masks as required but the cashier did not. When I asked why he didnt wear one he shrugged and said they were too claustrophobic.

Unfriendly staff with bad attitude and terrible service. Stood in a line of 2 people for about 5 minutes while an older gentleman talked in the back with another employee. Went to buy a beer 2 days after my 21st and the cashier questioned me and acted suspicious about my I.D. before reluctantly taking my cash and staring me down strangely as I left. Went in to buy tequila. I had just gotten done eating and having A BEER at dinner . When I asked if they had 100% agave tequila, the young man in a sun hat said you smell like alcohol and refused to sell me liquor. Do not go here. I was respectful and left, but they lost business and any future business. I am responsible and I hope he is ashamed for his false judgement. This place is no good since new aquiring a new owner and staff, always went here for 2.5 years and never had a problem until now. Dont go in here if you had a beer at dinner, they will get you for wanting to buy alcohol afterwards.

Always have what I am looking for, and price is always on par with my budget. Helpful staff if you can’t find what you’re looking for.
