I just moved to Fort Collins from Minnesota so I still have a Minnesota state I.D. … the guy at the counter opened his book, matched my ID with the one in there, verified my name on my credit cards and then STILL refused me service. I have a flight to catch and now I have go to another liquor store. Just a waste of my time I’ll never be coming back.

I love that I have a small but well stocked liquor store right next to a grocery store I shop at often. The people who work there have always been pleasant and knowledgeable, and I have always found something that will work.

Been going here for years. they have always been kind. never a bad experience. the manager is a wonderful person, who doesnt tolerate the more obnoxious customers. the bad reviews were probably sent by these very customers that were asked to leave. much love

Terrible service! Looking at my receipts, they like to over charge. Contacted the store only to be met by the rude and obnoxious owner telling me tough luck. Avoid this Liquor store at all cost!

They really ought to update their times of buisness. Closing two hours before their posted closing time is kinda misleading.

Good selection of liquors. If youre not local the staff are kind of snobs and give could give a sh*t less if youre there but whatever. They had Aviation gin and I havent been able to find it anywhere else. Excellent gin.

11:20AM 6/4/19 I went in with a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE from another state, the states name is in blue on the top of the ID. A small man wearing glasses behind the register pulls out this running out of ink ID book that makes it look purple and tells me he is not comfortable with my ID even though I also showed him my credit card with matching signatures and names but he still wasnt comfortable. Awful if you have an out of state ID, I have had decent experiences here but this was awful and rude. Its not my fault your printer ran out of ink for that states page BE BETTER.

Poor, poor Brandon Wright!! Why should you ever, EVER be inconvenienced? You cant manage to stagger by the liquor store during the 11 hours that theyre open but its THEIR fault. They didnt know when I, Brandon the Magnificent wanted to stop by so.....1 star.Moondance is great. The owner and the guys that work there are awesome. They have the lowest price on Rogue Dead Guy and yeah, that includes Wilburs.

Preferential treatment depending on color of your skin, and or looks in general... Always closes before posted time. Service is either A+/F depending who helps you. Sam is too busy judging customers to have an actual conversation.

I was a regular but today went in my mask was covering my mouth but not my my nose was told he would call the cops if I ever came in like that again I will spend my money elsewhere and make sure everyone I know does as well.

I have consistently received the worst customer service from this liquor store. The only time this did not happen was when the gentleman behind the counter was not one of the snotty little frat boys that have otherwise always been working. Last weekend they refused to serve an older couple because she did not have her drivers license with her, even though she had not handled the alcohol in any way and her friend was buying. When I told the person behind the counter that this was not a Colorado law, he said, Whatever. I have seen bartenders do it before. Rude, rude, rude, rude. Shop at any other liquor store.

Edit: i went to the liquor store down the street (literally 1 min away) and they told me that they get a lot of customers from them because of this. Please dont give this douche your service.I wish zero stars were an option. Refused service because I bought a single shooter earlier in the day and the clerk said I was intoxicated. Go anywhere but here.

This is the worst liquor store in Fort Collins by far. These people charge at least a dollar more for every product in store. Please, save yourself the time and money by going to Supermarket Liquors at Lemay and Mulberry.These people may even try to take your drivers license if youre from out of state and look young. I am 23 years old and the guy behind the counter refused to sell me a six pack even after my ID was proven real.Worst Liquor Store EVER!

It was just after noon and I was refused service because I smell like weed.... Said it was policy not to sell to people who smoke weed. Be careful... He might find out about your Xanax and refuse you also
