My family and I have been looking for a home we like for a while now. We stumbled across Alpine homes online and liked what we saw. We chose to drive from Denver to Ft Collins to see more. When we arrived everything was easy going, no pressure to look or buy . The gentleman I spoke with was very hospitable and helpful. I highly recommend Alpine homes and we will be buying our home from here soon . I will update my review when we make our purchase, Im sure with more good things to say .

2018 - AMY is great. Ask to speak to her. You can design a home exactly like you want it and they will build it. You pay $850 for an architect to design exactly what you want. The biggest one we saw was $140,000 with ALL the extras. You just need land, water, sewer and electric to hook up to. Go look at what they offer.

Representative told me he didnt have time! Contacted Alpine regarding purchasing 3 or 4 units for a project. I was trying to gather some information and pricing and the representative told me he didnt have time to go through the website with me. Terrible customer service and rude. Whoever answered the phone on 9/1/2020 needs to go work in the warehouse and stay away from customers, he is not helpful.

Amy and Jerry are super friendly. They are straight shooters and are great to work with. I have not finalized my selection in a modular home but Im hoping that I can figure out the right one at the right price through Alpine. 😁

We are receiving a new home from them. I didnt have the quality and care from other places. Always helpful answering all questions. Being thankful there are few places like this. I recommend to all I see.

Odious man who appeared to be the only employee present on a Saturday morning was almost comically unhelpful — or at least, it would’ve been comical if we hadn’t been told to drive the 1.5 hours to meet with him, only for him to be incredibly rude and uninformed. We wanted to know how to navigate the process of commissioning a manufactured home that is much larger than the offered floor plans. Our request appeared to flummox him completely. He quickly became belligerent and refused us service - likely because he didn’t know how to help us, but still, a modicum of professionalism would have been nice. Shockingly bad experience.

I have worked with alpine homes for years. They are great people and I could not recommend a better place to buy your new home. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Have beautiful modular homes here,they r friendly&knowledgeable. They have several homes to choose from&a good travel distance of where they would set up ur home,they also have customizations of floor plans&add ons
