I got new tires from them a short time ago and when I later found a couple lug nuts missing they fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. They had replaced the technician that had originally done the work to my truck. Extremely friendly and always eager to find a solution. If you can get you car to this shop it is worth it.

My wife took her Audi there for a $20 tire patch and left with a door ding down to the metal that will cost $1200 to repair. Firestone will not cover the repair cost even though it obviously happened there because I identified it immediately walking up to the car when we were picking it up. The manager tried to say it was like that originally…but I literally aired up the flat tire on that side of the car, 15 minutes before she dropped it off at Firestone and didn’t notice the ding. Unless she got door dinged while driving 50+ mph on the way to base, there is no way it didn’t happen at Firestone. I discourage anyone from taking any automobile you value to this place.

When Tim at 5:52 to fix a flat and they wouldn’t do it. It take like 10 mins to fix a leak. Very lazy male working.

They did a tire rotation and balance for me about a week ago. They also recommended an alignment and new brake pads and rotors on the front stating I only had about 3 mm of pad left and the rotors had worn down.Now, Ive had bad experiences in the past at other shops, so I told them to hold off on those until I could look at it myself. A few years ago, I had a different shop tell me I was overdue for an oil change. I said, really! How overdue am I? He said he personally checked it and the oil was thick and dark black and needed to be changed right away. I explained to him that I personally do all of my own oil changes and had literally just changed the oil the day prior. Queue the awkward silence...But, the good news is that everything THIS Firestone told me checked out. Front brake pads, right at 3mm and rotors are, in fact, pretty worn (nearly 80k miles on them). Alignment is also a bit off, just as described by their tech. So, Ive already bought new perfomance rotors and pads and can replace those myself, but I will bring it back to them for that alignment when Im done. Honesty is always appreciated!

I don’t even know where to start, they have done every single job on my car wrong, or I find out it’s broken a year after. They will recommend stuff you don’t need and charge you an arm and a leg afterwards. You can ask everyone on base about this place, it’s just horrible and you are asking for a headache working with these guys.

Dont come here, I had then replace the tires and do and alignment, -Tried to tell me my car was leaking fluids from the rack and pinion,-It wasnt.(Im a mechanic myself and know these things-I just dont have the tools to do an alignment and tire replacement.) I get home and notice my TMPS light was on (Great, they messed up one of my sensors...) and within the hour, a tire was flat, I bring it back and they hadnt tightened the valve core.. I was so peeved that I just left, I didnt want them to fix the TPMS sensor they messed up for fear something else would happen...DO NOT GO HERE..

I paid for a wheel alignment and waited an hour, noticed that my car was still veering to the right. I took it to the dealership and they told me my car needs an alignment as soon possible. Not sure what I waited for exactly and what Firestone did with my car.

Good service and friendly staff. Reasonable prices as is the wait time for minor repairs or new tire installation. I went in to purchase 4 new tires on a busy Saturday, was informed that they only had 3 of the tires I wanted for my vehicle. After telling the store associate I was short in time, the associate rushed a tire from another store to complete my purchased and had my 4 new tires installed in a very reasonable time. Would recommend this place for new tires.

Fantastic and convenient place on the base. Went in to have an oil change and air filter replaced. In and out in under an hour. Weve waited over 3 hours at some places here. If you have accessibility the the base go here.

Took my ride there for a Rotor/Break job. They only had one mechanic on site because the other one called out that day. I was worried that this would be an all day job or maybe even carry over to the next day. He finished it by lunch. My car drives great now these guys are awesome. Friendly staff that know what the hell they are doing.

Didn’t know what they were doing.Went in for a belt change and had them both swapped out. Noise started again the next day and I had to come back in. They had forgotten to tighten the bolts all the way down again. Didn’t charge me when I had to come in again, which was good, but it was a waste of time to have to come in again for something so simple.

I have a good experience here with them. I got my two trucks alignment done here. They did a great job. I could definitely tell the difference after the alignment. They provided me with a print out of the before and after adjustments. I dropped off my vehicles and they called me when it was done. They turn it around in an hour and half. The staff was helpful and courteous. They gave me a $30 off coupon of their already discounted lifetime alignment. $160 for lifetime alignments are any Firestone in the country? Ill take that.

I just got my brakes done here. I got a fair price and the whole process was hassle free. The service department was great and management was very helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone needing new tires or service to stop by.

Poor customer service. I made an appointment showed up 30 minutes prior and we talked about what needed to be done. The gentleman at the front went back to ask if it could be done and they stated they will get it done. Fast forward 4 hrs later ( when I am getting ready to go pick up) I receive a call that no work has been done on my car and they can do the oil change and it will be done in 30 min. I get there 15 min later my car isnt even back yet.... If things arent going according to plan you should call the customer sooner then 4 hours later. Absolutely ridiculous!

I would highly recommend this service center to anybody! Had a ton of things done on my vehicle, and they had me in and out in a flash! Very reasonably priced, and for the first time I felt that I could really trust the people working on my car. The manager Dan Strano made sure my experience was truly exceptional. Will be returning for sure.

Friendly service, helpful staff. Great place if youre getting your wheels aligned, balanced, or minor break repair. Anything else, take your car elsewhere. Paid $99 to have them check my cooling system, car overheated the next day and I had to burp the cooling system myself because of all the air in it.

This store goes through too many personnel to know if youre going to get good service or not. Today I was quoted 104 dollars for an oil change that normally cost me 69... I called another Firestone to verify and was told 69 plus tax. Im unsure why the one on base is charging so much more but it sounds like theyre just taking advantage of the Service Members on JBMDL

I just had my Car fixed at this location last week and I couldnt be happier with the service I received! The team was very knowledgeable and efficient on getting the work completed on time. At first I was a little reluctant to go there but I saw it was under new management so I took the chance and I am glad I did!!! The new General Manager Dan Strano really takes pride in his customer service. The team never tried to sell me on other repairs that werent needed. They explained in detail what repairs were done and what could be done in a few months. I never felt pressured or uneasy in any way. I would recommend everyone on Base to use this facility from now on. You wont regret it!!!

They are always good to us looking out for us we trust them through the years . Being on the military base made using them easier and easier to trust

I had a light on my dashboard that told me to get my car checked. Because Firestone is on base and I get overwhelmed trying to figure out where to get my car looked at, I went to the nearest location during my lunch break. The guy at the counter was very nice, talked in terms I could understand, and put me at ease. He went outside to look at my car, found the simple fix (tire pressure), and fixed it on the spot FOR FREE! His co-worker was extremely laid-back, too.Im always nervous going to car repair places because of all the horror stories I hear about non-car-savvy people (me) getting scammed. Firestone employees didnt pressure me in to any upgrades and made me feel welcome. They have my trust 100% and Ill be dealing with them again if I ever need work done on my vehicle.

I have been taking my 2 cars there for a few years now, have never had an issue with it. It fact, I give 5 stars. Am now leasing my cars and the dealership provides most of the service I need, but I do plan on staying a customer for a long time for any work not done by the dealership.

I used to work for Land Rover and Jaguar as a technician. This place charges $356 for FRONT brakes (pads and rotors) to be done on a 2015 Grand Caravan. We would charge that for a whole set on a high end vehicle. This place is a joke. They overcharge on everything and some of the work is terrible. Take your stuff to GW Tire in New Egypt for better service and work!

Gave this place a second chance after hearing that there was a change in management and so glad I did! Courteous and knowledgeable staff and quick service. Definitely recommend!

Claim that there is NO WAY to warrant a Firestone tire if it wasnt purchased SPECIFICALLY at that store! ABSURD! They honestly expect you to believe that. Maybe they shouldnt be on a military installation where servicemembers are relocated all the time, from all over the world. You mean to tell me if a tire is purchased in California that the customer would have to travel back to California from New Jersey if they are having a problem with it??? Give me a break! Always went here out of convenience, never again though! ! A local shop addressed my issue and is having it taken care of THE NEXT DAY!! Unacceptable for a business to not know how warranties work.

How have these Yahoos (sorry Google) stayed on base for this long? I dont trust them as far as I can throw the Ford Explorer I had them work on. Was told, my battery was getting low, but had some time before I had any worries,and 12 hours after they check the battery, it dies......Oh, and up until my appointment, had zero issues! Im not one for conspiracy theories, but lets ponder. The lady told me its not like we have a chrystal ball when it comes to battery life! Nice! Negative perpetuation it is.......AVOID AT ALL COST, OR IT WILL COST YOU! See what I did there?!

Went there for a basic car inspection. I had 0 major issues with my car prior of the inspection. I picked up my car, and the next thing you know my vehicle started randomly shaking in spurts whenever my car was idle at a light or stop sign. It could be natural wear and tear thing, but like I said my car had absolute 0 issues prior.

RIP OFF!!! I have been stationed here for 9 years and have no clue how they are still on base. BEWARE of this place they will rip you off. On a positive note. GW tires is the place to go trust me i am trying to help save you money and heartache. (Also i am getting nothing for this review just peace of mind others are not getting ripped off)

TERRIBLE!!! They over price and try to milk you for every little job they can think of. I needed to get my brakes done along with a tune up and oil change. They called me back to tell me that the rotors would need to be replaced soon and they would not change my brake pads until I had the rotors done too so asked them to pull my car off the lift and I would take it elsewhere. I get another call back saying that thet had already done the oil change and tune up and I would have to pay for that yet somehow it was another hour and a half before my car was ready for pick-up. This place is just awful and they should not be allowed to operate on a military installation EVER!!!

They don’t own jumper cables or a functioning jump box. Very unwilling to go out of their way in any way to help.

Pricey but great customer service

I guess a 10 AM appt for new tires means, hey just drop your car off and at some point before we close well get around to installing your tires. A job that literally takes 1 how to do....

This place is one of many you have to watch out for when it comes to your money. They will get the best of you if you let them. They will try to make a lot of money other then telling you what the problem is so that you can make up your mine if you would like them to do it. This place is not a place where you would want to take your car. They are high really high.

They let me schedule an appointment for Sunday, but were not open and did not call me to change the appointment. They have bad customer service and I would not recommend this location if you can avoid it.

I took my car to this Firestone location to get belts, front brakes, and an oil change. My car always received regular service from a mechanic in PA, but since Firestone was close to my job, I figured Id go here and use my Military Star Card. A few days later, my engine seizes and my car overheats, come to find out a technician left a cap off. I had my car towed to another Firestone and for the past several weeks Ive been getting claims denied as they will not take responsibilty for their error. Im avoid negative comments at all costs, but this is an abomination!

Took way too long. Young staff running operations. Bad customer service. After I completed the online survey, I received a call from store and they left a rude voicemail. Car still not aligned.

Do not go here, because of these people my husband will not be attending his unkles funaral. They were suppose to do a brake check and failed. They made the problem much worse and it took 3 in a half hours to take a tire off then on again.

They dented my vehicle on both sides by lifting it by the body and not the frame. They also blamed it on the age of my vehicle.
