We hit a fox on vacation and messed up our bumper and fog light. I’d never had body work done so I asked around and everyone I talked to said Troy Waller so that’s where we went. I was beyond impressed. Not only was the repair perfect. They also detailed the entire thing! I felt like I was picking up a brand new vehicle from a dealership. If I knew they were going to do that I would have picked it up more. We have 2 kids and my wife sometimes uses it for daycare so it was trashed! They just boxed everything up and detailed it. I hope I never need body work done again but if I do I know where I’m going!!

It took a while for them to do the assessment of damage.. They were supposed to e-mail usa copy of the estimate of the hail damage at the end of the day, and its been over a week and we still dont have it.

This place was great. I just had a new stereo installed this morning in my Altima and they were very friendly and helpful. Forgive me but I dont remember names because I forgot to ask, I even told the wife I felt bad because I didnt get their names. The receptionist behind the desk was very friendly and the gentleman that did my radio did an amazing job and it was very well priced and he got the job done very well. Clean establishment and friendly environment. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to take your vehicle.

Even though the repair on my vehicle was not a big one I was treated courteously and the part was ordered and arrived within one day. The staff then worked with my schedule to get my car in quickly and made the repair while I waited. Great experience.

I called Troy Waller Body Shop a couple weeks ago to see if they would be willing to look at my vehicle regarding a few small area rust issues. Spoke with an Adam and he told me to come by. So I did. He looked at the vehicle, took pictures, took all my info .... and told me he would call me back within a day or so and let me know if they were willing to work on my vehicle and if so, give me an estimate. I NEVER heard back from Adam nor Troy Waller !! This so called business doesnt even have the common courtesy to call an individual who took the time to go to this business in the first place. If they didnt want nor need the work ... I have no issue with that. However, there is a thing called COMMON COURTESY. I guess they get to a point where they think they are too big to fail !! I would NOT recommend this Body Shop.
