They always get everything right. Never a messed up order. Store is cleaner than most. I love shopping here.

Bad experience today, i bought a new fan, the fan had no cord, when i called to see if they can exchange through pick up, they said I would need to come in the store to do so, i am disabled and at high risk for covid, we are still in a pandemic right? Very unwilling to help so far. I will update I guess target has a policy that puts custmers lives at risk. Good to know.

I shop at Target regularly, but I’ve become concerned about the COVID safety measures at this particular location. The last two times I’ve shopped here I’ve seen the same grocery pickup associate working indoors without a mask. It is surprising to me that a store which requires its customers to adhere to certain standards won’t apply them equally to their employees. It certainly doesn’t make customers feel like their safety is being valued when these safety precautions are repeatedly ignored.

Great store. Always clean. Nice people. Very helpful when asked. Always someone around when needed. Say what you want about prices, there is almost no difference from the other store. Even if there was, I would gladly pay a little extra for the pleasant shopping experience.

I love Target, they have the largest toy selection in the area! Its the only place i go for toy shopping. My grandson gives it 5 stars!!

I went to The fort dodge target with my daughters today to get some stuff that I needed, and we were paying in the self checkout. The machine was obviously not working Because it didn’t give me my exact change so I let the worker know. She gave me my change with an attitude, and my daughters were gonna pay some stuff that they were gonna buy, so we moved to another self checkout and this worker tells us in a rude voice not to get that machine dirty. I told my daughters to ignore her and my oldest daughter that is 10 noticed how the worker got mad cause they were paying in that self checkout. I have never had a problem going to target but this really made me mad. She was very unprofessional and obviously isn’t customer friendly.

Wanted to exchange two bathing suits today, but had to return and re buy, thus.not honoring the buy one get one free from yesterday. Clerk at counter was very rude!!! Couldnt try on before hand. I know its covid. But come on

So I was just in the Target in Fort Dodge and found someones debit card. I turned it into customer service and told him where I found it. I suggested paging for the guy whose name is on the card. He told me that they normally just throw it in the lost & found box. I walked out of there disgusted. I really hope the guy who lost his card find it. Target apparently doesnt care. I dont think they truly understand the concept of customer service.

This department store is good. Kinda expensive but great. Nice and clean. Has good selection of things. They also have a new grocery department too. Kinda expensive but its a good idea. Has Starbucks. I dont drink much coffee so cant review that but they have it.

The aisles were wide and made it possible to browse without feeling rushed. The shoe Dept. has sales on snow boots and is preparing for the new 2018 spring line. The electronics has knowledgeable sales personnel, and they are quite helpful.

Horrible. Trying to exchange phone. They stopped working in 2. Months old they have credit card number. Would not exchange. So I will report you. To head office. You breaking my grandson heart. You have proof and everything. Didnt want money I never shop there again. You horrible!!

Great selection and staff and has everything you need

Most Target stores are much cleaner and better presented than their closest competor (Walmart). Target also generally has better mannered and better educated personnel. I think Target has slipped a bit over the past three years; but the competitors have slipped much more.

Items ordered online were ready when we got there and easy to pick up. Just have proper id and good to do.

I love shopping at Target. I pick it over Walmart for most trips. I only wish our store was a super Target, but maybe someday. I usually use the cartwheel app and save where I can. They have most things that I need. The only complaint that I have with our store otherwise is that the restrooms always smell. Even right in the morning when I have stopped, they need more ventilation or freshener or something.

I wish I had remembered the employees name. She actually took the time to explain why the tv was the quality it is and found the remote and let me hear the sound of the tv and explained everything about its smart tv items (or. Netflix,etc). I told her I was going to think about it,and went and had lunch. I came back after and purchased this item and she literally loaded it and brought it to my car for me. She is what I believe Target to be. Thank you!!!

Sick of trying to shop with carts everywhere with them stocking shelves. Employees have got a little bit more friendly but still needs improving. Would shop Target before Walmart in a day though

Went to get a recommendation from the pharmacy for a vitamin. The Tech was very friendly, but the pharmacist acted as if I wasn’t worth her time. I won’t ever ask for her help again. Very unprofessional.

Today target had a better price than Wal-Mart on dog food and also the lady in electronics did a great job helping me find my cd. Thank You Target I didnt have to go to Wal-Mart.... Also got a coffee perfect day at target
