The store was nice and clean. The guys working were very helpful and attentive. Very honest about pricing and did what they would to get us a good deal. We will use them from now on!

Kyle was very courteous, helpful, friendly, and extremely gracious to me -who is not very good at technology. Had to call back the next day to help with insurance stuff on the phone site. Great place with great help! Id highly recommend him

Went to the store to pici up a phone, on the email it said the store was open, on google it said this store was open, on the store window it had the hours of operation and I was within those hours yet the store was closed..... drove over an hour to pick up an order. This store is unreliable and didnt even care the hours were posted wrong. All they said was oh sorry.. not lets ship the order for you or anything. They dont care so I guess why waste my money with verizon.

Friendly and helpful but somehow their processor didnt credit me without my making another visit. Straightened it out but taking the money and putting it on customer accounts is sort of important. Was only a half hour visit to sort out

They handle my questions on a very professional level and thoroughly explain everything they are doing. The staff are also quite friendly and fun to talk to about new technology. P.S. Mary Janey is an idiot who cant even explain her experience in depth. Instead she just rants illegitimate claims. I highly recommend this retail store and Verizon
