Very unprofessional. I went in to get a free drink for my birthday gift for being a reward member. The lady proceeded to tell me that the barcode won’t scan so she can’t make the drink free. I had to end up paying full for my drink; and never got my birthday reward! Very upsetting!

Staff was OUTSTANDING!! Coffee was great as usual. They had the correct cups and syrups. Weve had several instances of shortages recently in the Mason City area.

They are often busy and could use another person working during those times, but they always do their best to get orders out quickly and correctly.
