I appreciate the professional care provided with testing, explanations and appointments scheduled on a regular basis. I noticed the importance of cleanliness and sanitary conditions provided at their business. They are very personable and treat their patients with great care and concern. After having to ask family and friends to repeat things I did not hear or understand, I am thankful to now have my hearing aids to improve my life and also the lives of those I communicate with. This place is great ! I had hearing aid before, and when I got the set of hearing aids from this place, the people were friendly and informative on all aspect of this set of hearing aids.I was told the new hearing devices were new technology, and they were trying to help stimulate the brain to hear better after years or hearing loss and tinnitus ( ringing in my ears) . I didn’t pay much attention to it. But after a year of wearing these hearing aids . The ringing in my ears is almost gone even when I don’t have the hearing aids in ! And when the ringing is present, it is minimal compared to the way it was . I have mornings when I don’t put my hearing aids in my ears till noon . The clear hearing that I have in the morning is unbelievable on some days.These pair of hearings, whoops are a lot tougher as far as dropping accidentally. These have been my best purchase of hearing aids ever.Leroy

Michael has been so patient and positive with my mom who struggles with hearing aids. She comes away always feeling better. Both he and Missy are kind and flexible with scheduling. Excellent job!!!
