The manager Mike is amazing and sweet, he goes through all the hair and questions you on the product your looking for, and makes sure that you leave happy. They have a variety selection of hair and products at affordable prices.! The synthetic feels and looks like human hair. I can go on for days.!

This is where i pick-up hair supplies for a lady I run errands for. They have a great variety of merch. She orders quite a bit of stuff...from hair color, hair itself to selecting her stuff on facetime without even being physically there. The customer service is A1, everywhere your at in this store is a representative a few feet away👀 Overall cool vibes, in and out!!!

How anyone can give them better than one star don’t know how it is to be treated nice. The men that run these places are rude to customers and staff. Started going to Elegant Beauty, much better store.

I have not been in the store in a while. They have really upped their game with make up choices and falsh eyelashes. Everyone was friendly and eager to help.The store was clean well lit and very well appointed. I also was pleasantly surprised that they now carry NYX makeup which is my go to makeup line as makeup artist. I will definitely visit the store again.

The guy is very helpful and knowledgeable on products pointing me in the right directions I need to go, I felt yo welcome and he created such an atmosphere to ask any questions he suggested products to use for the hair I purchased and different techniques to maintain the hair I purchased, definitely love diamond girl on Broward and will suggest to all that is looking to purchase

I have never been so amazed on the great customer service they have here I had the best experience especially with the hair stylist and the human hair they have is such great quality . Employees customer service was a 10 . I recommend.

My credit card was stolen and the completely negligent and incompetent staff here allowed the POS to charge over $200 of, I assume cheap hair, to my card. I called them and the only thing they could say was “uhhhhhh.” Apparently they’re as stupid as their clientele. But hey, if you’re into stealing people’s money and in need of a gross weave then this place is for you!
