Terrible experience. Chantelle demonstrated unprofessionalism by taking breaks lasting almost 15-20 minutes because she was in “thought process about the past” she also continually burped inches from my face which was very disturbing. She accused me of calling her mentally unstable because I told her i can sense she wasn’t mentally here to properly conduct the lash service after numerous breaks and informing me about how it’s hard for her to focus because the past thoughts were catching up. I feel truly sorry for this young lady and hope that next time she takes a mental day instead of showing up and not taking this seriously. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and the service that was supposed to take a hour and a half went well over two and she wasn’t even half complete. Being at this stage of pregnancy I cannot lay on my back for too long as she says “I’m taking my time” what about the customer time? I felt very uncomfortable and will not be going back anytime again. I didn’t even get to finish my service but it’s fine I wasn’t comfortable at ALL.
