I had purchased a ton of merchandise in this Grocery shop seven days prior. It was such incredible planning for me to do there on the grounds that they are at a bargain. The products of the soil are altogether new, and it intrigued me. You didnt neglect to serve what is best for your clients, folks. You anticipate that I should go there once more! Cheers, folks!

One of my favorite grocery stores.Always clean.Never crowded.Love the BOGO.Always stocked.Shopping there IS always a pleasure for me.Do I not get certain things there because of price? Sure. But that means I have to battle elsewhere that I just dont want to go where it isnt a pleasure...AT ALL. So for me, its worth a little extra that I pay for my sanity.I really want to give it 5 stars, but for the two years that I have been shopping there, I have had the same issue...the deli/sub/hot case area.Ive provided my feedback personally about the lack of people they have scheduled in the busiest area of the store at all times. No changes have ever been made. I was told that area always has people calling out of work. But for 2 years?The employees that do work in that area truly are amazing and constantly thank everyone for being patient, but that shouldnt be part of their job description.

Clean and full of all the foods you need. Very brisk deli business. Get your COVID booster and flu shot too.

Probably one of my favorite Publix in south Florida! Once you figure out the parking garage and carriage situation going down the elevator it is easy. Staff was very polite and there is a great selection for shopping there. Also, one of the few Publix that I haven’t felt harassed going to by the shoppers there.

I was very shocked in a good way how clean and nice and convenient everything was. I really liked this place and will be back!! 👍🏼💯🙌🏽

This is my Publix. We usually visit on Sunday mornings and there is a light crowd. The bakery, deli, produce, and meat sections are well stocked and have a great selection of fresh products. The retail section always carries hard to find items and regional specialties. Dukes mayo, key lime juice, and kitchen bouquet are a few of the niche items we regularly find here. The store is also going through a refurbishment to add a Starbucks and elevators for the covered parking garage.

First, let me say this Publix location is very clean and bright. The staff are always helpful and friendly. However, I must shout out to one cashier particularly, he found money on the store floor and not like other people who would have put it in their pocket, this man took the money to customer service for safe keeping..the money happened to be mine and Im forever grateful to Joseph....thank you for being such an honest man. Publix is lucky to have you own their team!

This place is awesome. Upstairs and a few crew side parking. No traffic in your way. Eating space is outrageous nice comfortable chairs bar stools Starbucks in the lounge for extra convenience. As always the staff is courteous and friendly very product knowledge the prices are not out of the way because of downtown. Go here more than anywhere so hopefully Ill see 👁 you around enjoy! ️😁

The sub was left behind after bagged when I was checking out my groceries. So I called about it and the male employee answered it. He went to check for it and said it was there. I asked why it wasn’t in my cart since there was a bagging person there. He hung up! I was annoyed that I have to leave home to come back to the store to get a refund. Why would I want a sub that was left unattended? One of the young guys in the front desk had a smirk on his face but I wasn’t sure if that was him that answered my call and hung up. I informed the manager of my experience and left.

Publix has become my fill-in grocery store. There are now several alternatives to shop.Publix isnt what it used to be.

I must say I enjoy going in there without a mask Its not just that the place is convenient especially with the place in front thats reopened from all the construction I do believe we can do without the new Starbucks, but who am I to judge. Most of us know Publix has been around for a very long time. So that is your staple go to groceries which is comparable and as good as any other one

My favorite Publix in East Fort Lauderdale. Smaller store located downtown near County Courthouse. Knowledgeable, friendly staff & management team. Store is typically well stocked with most items found in larger stores. Cant find what you are looking for...ask a manager. They have ordered different brands as special requests for me.The busiest time in the store is lunch time M to F. Store crowded with downtown workers purchasing ready to eat deli items. Surprisingly not crowded on Saturdays. After dinner during the week is another good time to avoid crowds

Amazingly big, clean, and well stocked. The deli staff could have worked a little bit more efficiently but otherwise its a beautiful location.

This Publix is probably one of the best Ive ever visited and most beautiful. Plenty of parking in a second floor parking floor. Lobby entry for the Publix beautiful and plenty of room. Anything in produce, meats, fish, bakery isles you need they have and if not they will order it for you next day. Ive not been so blessed to have a Publix such as this in my area. 8 minute drive from where I live.

Being that Im a regional manager myself I look for great customer service when Im out and about. As we all get hungry I frequently visit Publix for a sub. This one stood out! Amazing job, attention to detail, and very efficient being that Im pressed for time. Customer service was top notch and worth the trip here for lunch time!!!

I am really mad with this Publix because it is not the first time that I complain about the hygiene behind the prep food area. Monday night (OCT. 4TH ) around 8:30 I went there to buy some chicken tenders and potatoes, I was waiting approximately 15 min. no one was in line of there only me, so I wait patiently finally this guy comes out from the back he does not even say hello or apologize for the long wait or something, anyways he grabs a paper bag he stick his full hand inside the bag to full open it without a glove on it, and I went nuts right there like are you kidding me!!?!!?! I have no idea what did you do with your hands in the back room, I told him to put gloves and get a new bag and he looked at me with a bad look instead of apologize, like zero courtesy, horrible employee!! if hygiene its not a priority in this Publix I wont go back there!

Publix always has had good quality products, but theyve become very pricey. Whole Foods has outstanding quality, and a reasonably priced organic selection. I now may stop at Publix only out of proximity convenience, once or twice a year.

Big lounge area to eat and drink coffee. Covered parking garage makes stopping here much easier.

My favorite Publix. The place is huge ! Everything is always properly stocked. Expiration times and dates are well maintained. There is also a 2nd floor with elevator service. Havent made it up there yet, so not even sure whats up there. I will update once I do.

I have seriously NEVER been so frustrated ordering a sub with the deli. - There were two people in front of me, and two staff members making the subs. IT TOOK ME TWENTY MINUTES TO MAKE IT THROUGH THE LINE. Youd think during the lunch rush thered be a tiny bit more urgency. And as you can tell by the other reviews, Im not the first to complain. But hey, obviously the customers are inconveniencing the staff members time.

Absolutely the best grocery store Ive ever shopped at! The staff were wonderful, courteous and helpful. Very clean and organized, the prices were low and large selection of items. I wish we had them in ohio ! Much better than walmart or even Kroger

Great location and walkable from my condo. Very clean and organized however on several occasions I have shopped there in the evening to pick up dinner and was disappointed witb the hot bars which were basically empty and unappetizing, Including the soup and salad bars. I think they need to replenish these for working people who are looking to pick up a quick dinner in the early evening hours between 5 and 8 PM

Anyone that’s tried a pub sub knows that alone deserves a good review. I don’t shop at Publix for full grocery shops as I think it can be a bit pricy, but I love coming here for small pick ups and pre-made meals they offer.

Publix is where shopping is a pleasure, Ive found, since living in South Florida 20ish years ago.Associates are pleasant, store is neat & for the most part, well stocked. Not the cheapest place to get groceries but, the Publix brand options for almost everything in the store are awesome and theres always at least 1 bogo I can benefit from each week. Ive left off 1 star due to higher cost than other options locally.

This store could be better if there were workers who actually wanted to work and not pretend to be working. The daily area is not well cleaned. The daily area is also always messy and the people there will literally stand around while one (1) person will do all the work. I think people should take a more team work approach instead of let the others take on all the work.Management needs to be manged because clearly someone isnt doing their partUpdate... I visited this store and again horrible service. Management is fully aware of the customers concerns

Great location, walking distance from many of the surrounding Hotels. Feels almost like a boutique supermarket. Not the typical Publix.

Lunch here can be a pain, if not the long lines, or disorganized staff in lunch area, patrons can experience favoritism or unfair treatment from the lunch area, wether the portions or the rudeness of service, I had use to get subs but usually poorly made or incorrect so hot food seemed the next way to go but lately from allowing people to bump infront of me or plain out slopping my order while carefully tending to others i will do anything from this point on to avoid this location for lunch. I mean if your not getting a grab n go item its a 50/50 dissapointment and they basically have the attendance not to care if they lose one but still they lost me, plenty of options on the area 👍

As an Instacart shopper, their wifi had no internet connectivity and my Verizon signal was very weak. It took nearly twice as long to complete my shopping tasks for 3 customers.

Its the WORST PUBLIX in the whole chain of stores, as a 30 yes loyal customer I will never shop in the deli or a customer service desk I refuse to ever do it again

They usually have a great sushi selection for $5 Wednesdays but this week they only had brown rice, its not the worse thing but I prefer white or at least the option to choose. There was also road construction going on, not sure if its Publix fault but it was extremely confusing trying to figure out how to enter the parking garage

This Publixs is awesome anything and everything you need and the freshest oysters you can ever eat.

This is one of the cleanest and best maintained grocery stores I have been to. There is a big selection of fresh food, cheese, desserts, etc. They often have discounts so you can find some great deals.

This store always stays stocked with the items on sale. Love this location!

The closest market to my house and its also my most favorite of all locations

Rude deli staff. Slow deli. Understaffed. Flies and gnats flying around hot case food. All Publix should have a closed hot case. All employees should know not to use the same gloves when doing multiple things making subs. Receipts/food printouts have germs. Change your gloves if you touch them. I dont eat onions so change your gloves in between customers and CLEAN the knife. Do not smother the bread with mayo. Ask the customer if you are heavy handed before you assume. Ghetto publix.

Not sure I like the dog friendly aspect. Love dogs....dont get me wrong...I thought only service dogs were allowed and this was not the case here...many shoppers just had their dogs on leashes and were happily shopping.

They block off the entire cases of All the drinks and refuse to get the merchandise from their thats on sale and not anywhere in the store... why would you close in this area before taking out the products 🤔 also elevator down which its already intense just with the 2 elevators. Not one person could help me without involving another employee... I swear 7 employees to see if I can grab something from the front area but they didnt listen when you tell them all their shelves are bare empty in the store except whats behind the tiny boards they put up so they keep sending the poor bagger to check the shelves that I already explained were empty or I wouldnt be asking about the ones upfront. Took over 20mins and some serious rude staff just so I could finish checking out

I got a gluten free wrap at the Publix deli like I have before because I have celiac disease (the ingestion of gluten leads to damage in the small intestine). I personally have bad reactions which can last HOURS when I consume gluten. Once I got home I ate my “gluten free” wrap and within 30 minutes, I started to have bad reactions. I know for a fact it was the wrap I got at the Publix deli because I did not eat anything today besides that wrap. I was perfectly fine all day yesterday and today before I ate the wrap. I’m very disappointed and upset. Also, on other occasions Deli workers have gotten annoyed when I want to check the package to make sure it is gluten free or if I ask more than once to confirm my wraps are gluten free. I can’t control having celiac, Publix needs to do better.

Stay away from the Starbucks thats inside this location its not run by Starbucks corporate and their blender is broken stay away from the Starbucks location the Publix itself is a great location but the Starbucks thats inside this Publix is not a good Starbucks I love this two-story Publix though its a great Publix just the Starbucks location is terrible inside of this Publix location!

Nice location in the middle of downtown. Lots of parking spaces. They put in three more elevators so no more waiting for 10 for returning to your vehicle.

Employees are rude . Not helpful from the parking area to the girl sitting outside the store at customer service. Will not go back

Its a nice Publix; good customer service, clean, plenty of parking in their garage.The tables and seating in the lobby is a very nice touch. Just so youre aware, youll usually see a few homeless people here and there at the tables, but my heart out goes out to them; thats more of a society and city problem anyway, it doesnt reflect badly on the store itself.

Love this publix. I often call it the city publix because it is one of Browards only Publix that is urban with a parking garage. This is a great Publix because it also has a cafe that serves espresso, coffee, home made: donuts, ice cream, Jamaican pattys, arepas, etc. they also have a full liquor store and seating area. The seating area often has some homeless. The only thing I doNot like is the parking garage is a death trap.

The new redesign lobby of the ft lauderdale publix is even more dangerous feeling then before. The Starbucks lounge area is full of homeless people hanging around. My wife and I will start going somewhere else to shop no ty. To bad 👎looks like a lot of money spent. Tables were also dirty with garbage left on them from others before. Big na will pass.

Amazing customer service! Thank you to bakery manager Paul!! He went above and beyond to help me with a cake that my daughter wanted for her birthday. I did not know I had to order the cake ahead of time. So he even offered to make it right there on the spot! Although I did not opt for that due to needing to get home so he instead went out of his way to cut chocolate strawberries and decorated a premade cake on the spot! Kudos to you Paul! If only there were more people that took a few minutes extra to provide excellent service!
