I dont normally leave reviews but the Trek retail stores in my area have the best in store customer service I have seen in a long time. The bikes are awesome and the prices are great.I highly recommend Trek to anyone looking for a bike.

After shopping multiple bike shops I was treated great at Trek Bicycle, the staff was extremely helpful. And the price was absolutely phenomenal. Also they were the only one in town that had bikes available. I purchased every accessory that I can and also they installed my bike rack for me on my car super cool thank you .

Very disappointed overall in the work they did, granted, i brought in a bike that had been sitting in my garage for 15 years.. but it wasnt a cheap bike. over the course of the last year and a half i had that bike in this shop probably about six times and spent over $400 having it repaired, tuned-up, parts replaced. the last time they replaced both tires among other things. the tires they put on were certainly much wider/fatter than what was on the bike. i didnt question it at the time because i figured they knew what they were doing. long story short, the back wheel wobbles and the tire hits the frame. took it to another shop and they told me the tires were too big and the hub on the back wheel was loose.. Im not sure what. anyway, i feel ripped off for what ive spent on this bike because i could have bought something new for what ive spent so far and at least have a working bike which i dont right now. the most insulting thing when had to bring it back in was the service person asking me what my kid was doing to the bike. i told them riding it. what did your service people do when they were supposedly fixing it? we could have gone round and round and they did take it back in and when i left if was always functional but overall after $400+ i still dont have a working bike. and those big/fat tires make my blood boil because to me they didnt look right in the first place. So overall, i couldnt recommend this shop.

From the very start Trek in Fort Lauderdale was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was trying to get my bike fixed in Coral Gables for a few weeks. After going to two stores, of which were no help, I called Trek. Over the phone they confirmed the problem with my bike then offered possible solutions to fix it. Eventually I made the hike to Ft. Lauderdale and from the moment I walked in they were helpful and knowledgeable. The service team provided information and tips to help me maintain my bike. They repaired and serviced my bike in 3-4 days as they said they would. All in all, I had a beyond amazing experience with Trek Ft. Lauderdale and plan to take my bike there for all future needs. Thank you for providing knowledgeable and excellent service!

Aaron did not try to sell me a maintenance service I did not need. He is honest and serviced my bike and I am impressed with the smooth riding the tune-up provided. He answered all my questions and I recommend him and the store highly. The offer to stop in, as necessary, to have my chain lubricated and tires filled is much appreciated.

Arrived without an appointment to fix a flat. They helped me right away. Fixed the flat, added a new rear tire and the did a quick adjustment on the derailleurs. Overall in and out I. 15 minutes and ready yo ride.

Friendly people. Walked in looking for bike which are in back order, then I asked about the xl cruiser if available. Well guess what I now have a cruiser yuppie.

Called every local bike store to purchase a common hydraulic brake hose which no one had in stock. By chance stopped by the Trek store on my way home from lunch to find the part I needed at a reasonable price.

Great Service. The people listen to your needs. Went in to research Touring Bikes and learned so much. Had Mountain Bikes serviced and they are running like new.

This was a drive from me, but I was happy to do it after speaking to several different people on the phone. Everyone was friendly and attentive, on the phone and in person. They were able to get me back on the trail faster than what I was told and the price was reasonable. I am definitely going back for any trek specific needs I have!

Both Jagger, Aaron and Neil were really amazing. They helped me find the correct bike, gave me solid dependable advise, did millimetric measurements. Great customer experience, this is my 2nd bike from this particular store. I also bought a bunch of add-ons for a good price. I would definitely recommend it.

The Trek Store Fort Lauderdale is great, the service they offer consistently is always top notch. Their entire staff gets Customer Service and is a pleasure to get to know them over the years. I would highly recommend using them for any range of bikes from beginners to top of the line.

Like most during this pandemic, I needed a way to shed my quarantine pounds and decided a bicycle would be the best way to do it. My search was coming up empty; every where we looked bikes were sold out. I had passed by Trek Bicycle Fort Lauderdale store for years, but never felt I had a need for a bike. But the need was now. I hadnt ridden a bike since my college days at University of Florida so I was a little hesitant on what type of bike I needed. But once we walked in and met Jagger, all doubt flew out the window. He was pleasant, VERY informative and just awesome! We decided on a Townie and he searched their inventory and located two on Floridas West coast. We received our bikes within the week and have been cruising ever since. Thankfully we paid for the lifetime tire warranty as Ive had two flat tires. I had a fantastic experience purchasing a mountain bike at the Trek Ft. Lauderdale store. Jose spent a good hour with me, helping me to find the perfect fit as I was trying to decide if I wanted another 29er or if I wanted to switch to a 27.5. Im a 53 woman so finding a mountain bike in my size has been challenging and after test riding several bikes I decided to go with the 27.5. Jose adjusted my seat height and the placement of the seat to help me find the right fit. He observed my test rides so he could give me some feed back on the fit as well. I was truly impressed with the care everyone in the store took with me to help me find a bike I was happy with - the two techs were also very friendly and did a great job getting my bike ready after I purchased it. I just took my bike to Pinehurst and it was perfect - I felt like I had excellent control over the bike and was able to maneuver it without any issues. Im very happy with my purchase.

Aaron who was the guy who helped me was very pleasnt knowledgeable,and patient listened to my concerns, and gave me choices and advice, i had a rear tire replaced and he adjusted the quoted price down from what we agreed because he stated that the bike was an easy one to work on, work was fast and done well, i mean the honesty to adjust the price after to benifit the customer is just amazing you dont see that much. This buisness is doing the right thing.

Excellent customer service, came in to browse and acquire a second bike for my wife to join in my fitness rides. The young man, Jagger, who attended us showed us around, help us with questions, looked up inventory, and added us to customer list for a bike acquisition. Made us feel like family, my wife did not even want to look anywhere else to get a bike from. If it is not from here she wont even ride it. He even ask for height to help guide our search and even recommended ride routes.

Experience at the shop was top notch. Went in with a broken crank arm on my old Schwinn. The guys had it rideable again in under 30 min and charged my a very reasonable price.

I had already did my research and narrowed my selection to two different models. Jagger was able to go over both bikes and give me advise and opinions on the two bikes. BEWARE when ordering a bike which they dont carry in the showroom.I placed an order in June, left a deposit and was told by the salesman it would take about a month to arrive. Its been almost three months, and each time I inquiry they give me a different story. So, I requested a refund, which now has to be done in person at the store. Lamentable. This is how they treat customers, grab their money and scr3w them. I will never set foot here again, and I will definitely write Trek headquarters to let them know this store is awfully managed

They did a great job cleaning my bike, fixing a flat tire and performing a mini tune up. I brought my bike in around 11 and had it back at 2 the same day. Highly recommended!

After calling around the Fort Lauderdale area for tune up prices, Trek was the most reasonable. The mechanic checked over the bike to see if anything might need replaced while in for the tune up. Im glad he did as my chain was 75% worn out. Amidst the Covid rush on bikes, I had my bike back in just a little over a week. I would suggest taking repairs to Trek!

After extensive research in deciding where to take my business to outfit my recently resurrected Trek 830 mountain bike, I decided to try the Trek shop in Fort Lauderdale. Bike mechanic Matthew was deciding factor as he was super helpful and friendly! After 20 some years in storage, I decided to use my bike to commute back and forth to work. Obviously I needed a tune-up, but also wanted a rack & bike trunk as well as a mirror to make my commuter more functional. Matthew was incredibly honest and caring when it came to getting my old ride back on the road! I was impressed with the service, professionalism and friendliness of the team at this shop!

Walked in with a damaged tire and puncture. All replaced and on my way inside 10 minutes. Excellent Service!

We went to Conte’s bike shop and after receiving subpar customer service we left and went to the Trek store. As we walked in we were quickly greeted by Daniel and asked how he could help us. When we let him know that were looking to purchase a new bike he informed us that due to the current situation there are currently no bicycles available. We were disappointed ofcourse but we asked if he could answer some questions for us. Although he knew we would not be purchasing anything Daniel was very patient and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. Yes we have to wait but now we know eaxctlty what we want and we feel that thanks to Daniel we were able to make a very well informed decision.

Brought my and my wifes Trek bicycles into the shop for a little service and came out with a smile. My mechanic, Willy, explained everything they needed to do to our bicycles, and recommended the lowest price package for our needs. Upon pick up, the gentleman who waited on me was also very friendly and courteous. Not only are our bikes brand-new all over again, were about to take them for a wonderful joy ride down to Miami on this beautiful day. The service I experienced at the Trek Bicycle Store in Fort Lauderdale made me proud to be a Trek owner. Thanks guys!

As I waited in line I was skipped several times and at one point was completely ignored. I thought if you stand in a line you are severed in the order of the line. That was not the case today (7-19-2020) the young man that was working today didnt think so. After he was finished speaking with a Fort Lauderdale Police officer he walks off and goes to the back of line and ask if they needed help even though he saw I clearly was there before. Guess Ill take my business elsewhere! Trek really should give a customer service class to the employees

Very happy with the service I received form the guys (Patrick, Michael & Jose) at Trek! They were able to resolve a problem I was having with warped rotors on my mountain bike. The local bike shop closer to my house was unable to fix the issue after 2 attempts. Michael fixed it on the first try in 2 minutes. I was able to ride the same day!!! He is a true professional. Patrick is very knowledgeable about all the products they carry and helped me choose the right helmet. Overall I was very satisfied with my visit and will be going back for all my biking needs. Thanks guys!

I liked the brand, the products and also the employees. I went in another bike store, near my home, City Bikes, and I didn’t buy there because of the bad seller service. Fortunately, Michael, who sell our bike, was very kind, patient and attentive, he explained the difference between the models and he also knew how to offer us the right model.

Helpful and friendly staff. And the did the job quickly. Its a small shop with a real neighborhood business feel.They also offered me this plan. It was 40.00 dollars for a flat tire fix including labor. This 40 dollars covers the labor on any future flat repair for the next year. Of course I have to still buy the inner tube for 10 dollars. But no other bike shop offered me anything like this before.

Sunrise Blvd has 4 bike shops down the strip. I’ve been to 3 of them and this one is the best. Mathew is very friendly, helpful, ambitious to listen and fix without, doubt he went above and beyond . The service here all 3x have been the best unlike other bike shops

The other bike shop down the road refused to fix my problem. So I rode it over to Trek and Aaron was very helpful and fixed/indexed my back gears within 15 mins.

Very friendly employees. Good location. Just wish they supplied a computer. Rented a similar bike from a shop in Orlando and they supplied computers.
