I looked into buying a yacht with a good idea of what I wanted and my budget. I reached out to Greg Halligan at 26 North Yachts and he sent me over an array of yachts that fit the guidelines, I let him know what interested me and he scheduled showings for my trip down from Wisconsin. After looking at 4 or 5 different builders I decided what I wanted was a 53 Azimut Flybridge. Over the coming months Greg and I looked at almost every single one on the market looking for the right fit. I was motivated but not necessarily in a rush.Knowing exactly what I wanted Greg heard about a very clean 2012 53 Azimut Flybridge coming on the market that might have been perfect for me. It went online on a Tuesday morning and he sent it to me immediately. He went across the state to check it out for me and we had under contract well below market value by Wednesday. It was an amazing deal and would not have lasted long had we not have been on top of it. We were told that while under contract the backup offers were significantly higher than our number.After a seamless purchase process with the help of vendors he recommended for doc agents, lenders and insurance he also used his contacts to find me a local manager for the boat. He was very reasonable with his pricing and also a captain that took me out and showed me a bit of local knowledge on the water. If anyone I know is buying a yacht he would get my recommendation without hesitation.

We closed the sale from three thousand miles away without a worry. Everything happened as it should, and without a hitch. We did an executive retreat aboard one of their sweet 60 Yachts. We had a 4 hour business meeting while touring around Ft Lauderdales New River and Intracoastal by the Port of Fort Lauderdale and the cruise ships. Amazing views and got a lot of business accomplished. Will definitely do this again.
