Forget Buying anything from FB Marine Group. The owner Randy told me the boat is the cleanest boat in the Country and that the 90 hp Yamaha has been fully serviced (the engine was blown - see below). He also told Warren from Marine Unlimited (who I had look at the boat) that the engine has been fully serviced. Would Randy lie to someone he has known for 30 years? Apparently, yes.The Yamaha had NOT been serviced (see attached pictures of parts that needed to be replaced). In fact the trim motor was broken. My shipper pointed out to FB Marine that the trim motor was not working when they tried to tilt the motor when they were wrapping the boat to be shipped. FB Marine didnt care and sent the boat 1250 miles up North.So, FB Marine sent a broken engine after all the lies they told JUST TO SELL A SMALL 15 BOAT. Just imagine what theyll tell you on a larger boat. So far, I have spent $3,000 and the 90 hp Yamaha engine is still not working properly.On top of that, Randy takes weeks to call you back. We signed the purchase agreement on May 16, 2019. The boat wasnt ready to ship until June 24 but FB Marine didnt send my title until AUGUST 10. So, we missed using the boat for the 2019 boating season (its now Aug 21 and the 90 hp Yamaha still does not work properly).September 8, 2019 update -- the engine is blown and beyond repair (repairs would cost more than a new engine).

They came out to tune up my engine (100 hour tune up) and fix the bilge pump. I thought it wasnt working, but ... i was screwing something up on my end ... but they still went out to check everything for me. They just went above and beyond. Their price is a bit high, but i would rather get 5 star work at a 5 star price than 3 star work at a 3 star price. Good communication as well.

Bought a $220k boat was treated like dirt...Response to dealer: oh so I did not get my boat from FB now? You cant even recognize you are so disrespectful and treat customers like dirt. Hres a photo of the boat i did not supposedly buy from you...you are doing this Contender brand so much harm.

Im the captain of a 68 foot motor yacht that was purchased in Sept 2019 through a different dealer. While my dealers service team has been good, on occasion, FB Marine Group yacht service team has been subcontracted out for continuing issues that my dealer cant resolve. I couldnt believe how much actually got done the first time they came. After multiple visits they continue to live up to the initial standard they set. Without hesitation I strongly recommend the FB Matine Yacht Service team John, Gabriel, Tim and Cory.

Drove 6.5hrs from Georgia to view and make offer on 38-ft Fountain. No response. Called everyday. Agent would not respond. Email. Cell phone. Office phone. Nothing. Office would not forward to alternate agent. Manager. Anyone. Extremely disappointing.

Jeff in the service department really helped me out. My family was down on vacation when my boat trim failed. Jeff was there the next day to fix it so I could get back out there with my family. Truly fast friendly and efficient service.

Fantastic company. I purchased my boat from FB two years ago and have serviced there ever since. Jeff Cunningham and Ryan Freyre in the service department are honest, responsive and get the job done quickly. They are a pleasure to work with. On the sales side, Brian Maguire is the guy you want to see. Super nice and no pressure. I highly recommend this company.

Customer service from the owner Randy was sub par. Brokering a Donzi for a customer, never responded to emails, never returned phone calls, I had to work directly with the owner of the boat. Deal never happened.

Zero stars is more like it. Rude, sarcastic, no information or help even during survey /sea trial. Shawn refused to demonstrate anything and said to me “what do you think your buying the Queen Mary”. Lack of support/respect/knowledge are some of the reasons I did no purchase boat. Totally bad experience at F-Marine.

I drove 10 hours to view and make offer on a 25 ft boat. BIGGEST PROBLEM they took my deposit check and deposited it after I said I didnt want the boat. $4400.00. I still have not received reimbursement. The boat trailer wouldnt have even made it back to ga, full of rust and slick tires with one tire having a hole in it. Warning light came on on verado engines detecting knock in motor. I was given some line about a little water may have been in oil or gas but that was normal down there. I was treated like I was an idiot. I may be a woman but I have been in the used car business for 25 years and I and a USCG master Captain and run a charter business. I know how to check out an engine. I usually dont leave bad reviews and I probably wouldve let the bs slide if I had received my money back,,,,BUT I HAVENT. I would not recommend.follow up.....the owners called as did the office manager. They were very sorry about the situation. Money wired into my account. As a business owner myself I understand they may not be bad just have a bad apple under their roof. Will change to 3 stars but the entire situation cost me a lot of money.
