First and foremost I take my hat off to Henry Rocco, Good customer service, Me and my wife went to the boat show seen a lot of different boats, but the Blackfin stood out the most, so I drilled Henry with a lot of questions and he answered my questions with more information behind that so that was a plus. Henry is very knowledgeable about different types of boats, Without thinking twice about it. The next Day I went to the office and purchased a 2021 Blackfin 222, the worst thing was that I had to wait for the manufacture to build my boat,🤣 but it was all worth it. I highly recommend Marine Connection to purchase your future boat, even down to the parts persons Mr. Fred. you can learn a lot just hanging around up there 😂 Great people me and my family loves are new toy. We purchased a 2020 205 Pathfinder at Marine Connection Fort Lauderdale. Henry Rocco the sales manager was very professional and knowledgeable. He always kept us in the loop while they were building our trailer and waiting on Boat extras. He was a great person and awesome salesman plus very helpful with all aspects about the boat. My wife and I recently bought a Sportsman 211 Heritage from Marine Connection and had an Amazing experience from placing the order to taking delivery.  Luz Dixon was always available and promptly answered any questions we had or got us to the right people.  She was always friendly, kept track of our order through production, and made us feel at home.  Marine Connection has a good relationship with Sportsman and will get answers to questions directly from the factory in less than 24 hours.  They even put us in touch with the rep. at Sportsman to set up a factory tour while we were in Charleston and got to see our boat in production.  Jim Hearn (Service Manager) and Jose took us out on a sea trial before we decided to purchase and were extremely friendly and helpful.  This made us confident we were purchasing the right boat.  Jim gave us a full run-down of the boat when we took delivery and then took us out for a sea trial to make sure everything was working properly.  They even rushed to get a couple options installed that the manufacturer forgot to include so it was ready to take delivery.  They also wash the boat before we pick it up when its in for service so it always comes home clean.  They treat us like valued customers and provide phenomenal customer service, especially Luz and Jim. We will buy from them again when its time to upgrade.

Marine Connection has 5 locations from Vero to the Keys...Ive bought several boats in my lifetime and Id like to tell my story.My experience: I found the boat I wanted on their website...exact color combo and power package. I selected the email button and BOOM, 9:30 at night, Henry Rocco emailed me back with the information I wanted. That started it all. Im not easy to please and I ask a ton of questions. Henry had the answer (quickly)...even if it required reaching out to a technician to verify. He was never pushy, he let me buy the boat and let me make knowledgeable decisions about my purchase.The deal: Henry beat my options for financing. He put me in contact with Arianne. Arianne took no time to process my approval. I submitted the online app at 5 pm. and she was ready to go at noon the next day. Super easy and willing to help...After financing, Henry and I set a date for pickup. Which was the next business day.Pickup: As I said before, they have six locations. Henry planned to have me met at the West Palm location for pickup. Timo, the Operations Manager met me that morning. They were ALL ready to go! He introduced me to Capt Robert, which took me on a sea trial. HOLY COW, you would have thought I was buying a million dollar boat...these guys were ready and rolled out the red carpet. The boat was spotless and just as Henry had described.Timo ensured everything was ready and Robert loaded us up. Because of the virus...it took some work and permission from the county to launch the boat, but they got it approved. They were very conscious of the virus...no hand shaking and kept our distance when able.Roberts sea trial was awesome. He was in no rush and wanted to show us everything about the boat. He was super knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. He looked over every inch of the boat and ensured its operation. Upon return to the shop, he had them clean a couple areas that I wasnt even concerned with...but he wanted the boat spotless!Last minute change: on the drive down, I asked Henry to find a set of outriggers and add them to the boat sale. WOW, he did and Arianne worked to add them to the loan...caused her last minute work but she smiled and got it done!! The parts manager was great...he worked with Henrys request and told me when I arrived that morning, that he would have them in by noon!!! By noon, the outriggers were at the store and ready to go!Signing loan docs: Easiest part of the day. Arianne had me in and out of her office in minutes. I couldnt believe it. This was after adding the outriggers that morning. Her paperwork was accurate and ready to go!Boat Insurance: I had arranged to use my own insurance (USAA) and Arianne was patient with me while I made that happen. A few days prior, Henry sent me a contact, Stack (his name), for boat insurance. I was certain nobody could beat USAA... Nope! Arrianne said he could...she messaged over my boat info to Stack...he called me back in seconds with a quote, same coverage, HALF THE PRICE! Yikes, I took it...again super easy.The guys/gal at Marine Connection (both Ft Laud and West Palm) made this all happen. As I said, you woulda thought I was buying a million dollar boat. They put their heart into it...from Henrys late night emails to the spotless delivery. Ive done this before and never experienced anything to this level.
