Its fully stocked very professional staff however they only take appointments so you would have to call during their business hours and they have items for wedding apparel for every person in your family children adults bridesmaids mother of the bride and bride. They also have a large variety of veils to match that perfect wedding gown for that perfect occasion. After purchasing an outfit there is an option to have altercations done right on the premises for an extra charge.

This was the first place that I thought of and went to, to look for my wedding dress. Im glad that I did! The dresses there are beautiful and chic. I did end up picking a dress that I loved. Till this day I love the dress!!!I posted a comment way back before I purchased the dress. Giving the bridal store one star but I was upset that with the inventory that the dress will not be on time for my wedding day. Nevertheless, the manager there did her best and made sure that I got my dress and everything else on time. Wish I had that old account to remove my old comment. You can count on them.

Carla and the staff at Novias bridal werw amazing! I bought my bridesmaid dress during covid when every industry was having delays. A month before the wedding my bridesmaid dress finally arrives. Between purchasing my dress and it coming in I moved out of state. Carla could sense my panic, called me once my dress arrived and even sent it to me overnight! It wasnt their fault my dress was late and they went above and beyond. I would highly highly recommend Novias Bridal!!!

The store is clean and beautiful decorated with nice selection of dresses for brides, flower girl or communion. Although, I visit the store for first time in December 2020 and found a beautiful communion dress in that time it cost $175 ( the dress didnt have a price tag). When I returned a few months later in April checking if they have a new dresses. The dress was still there now for $180 ( no price tag), two weeks later when I returned to buy the dress NOW IT WAS $225 (still no price tag) as great discount because the real price of the dress is $335. Thanks God the spanish girl who helped me in April wrote the price in a notebook. Customer Service no GOOD!!! for a bridal shop. The Spanish girl who is the manager is very rude. After I spend $200 for a dress I called Just asking by any chance the dress was ready 3 days before pick up day, the same lady yelled at me: The dress is ready the day of pick up you requested and hung the phone. 10 min later a employee call me to let me know the dress was ready!!!!!!!. Very disappointment experience specially for my little girl in a big day!!!

Had such a wonderful experience visiting with Carla! There was a large and vastly impressive selection of dresses at very affordable prices. We didn’t have an appointment, but she openly welcomed us to trying on a few dresses before her next appt. To my surprise I actually found one dress I fell in love with. Found my dress here a little over a month ago! The ladies were very helpful and chose wonderful options for me to try on. They were also very accommodating in showing me how my dress could be altered to change the neckline. I cant wait for my dress to come in!

Best dresses in town! They have great selection and they are super friendly and professional to work with. I decided to get married during the pandemic and needed a dress super fast and was able to find a gorgeous dress that I’m in love with! These ladies are the best! Plus my mother found her gown as well. Ladies you can’t go wrong! And I love the one on one they do with you during fitting.

Cant take a word that any of these ladies are saying. Theyre unprofessional and untrustworthy. They told me that a bridal dress that I wanted would arrive in 6-7 months. Which means it wouldnt arrive on time for me wedding day. When a relative of mine asked about the same exact dress, itll arrive in 4 months proximately. Im glad I didnt take the chance with purchasing my bridal dress here.

This place is awesome! They have the largest selection of gorgeous dresses... I found the perfect dress, and even though my time frame was tight, they did all the alterations needed, and my dress fit perfect!! Customer service was excellent as well. Highly recommend!

My first time in there, they told me after the 3rd dress I tried on that I have a limit and could only try on 1 or two more, 2nd time I came in the lady got mad that I wanted to try my dress on a few times. I had it narrowed down to two. Bought the dress anyway even with poor service. Just make sure you ask what your time limit is and how many dresses youre allowed to try on. They never told me until I was already trying on dresses.
