Called several times to confirm availability of a car, drove an hour + to see the car, the car was sold the day before despite me calling to confirm before I even left the house. Bait car, dishonest off rip,wont even bother to look at anything else these guys have to offer. Waste of my time. WORST CAR DEALER !!!Few years ago I walked into Godzilla Motors, brought a overpriced Bmw with 125,000 it feels like after driving the car for almost 2 weeks it gave me problems. I drove the car back to the dealer to receive repairs they didn’t fix anything!!!! Realizing the employee that sold me the car said “ if you make all payments on-time for 90 days you can trade in the bmw without any issues”. It may sound naive but I believed ever word. I made ever payment on-time but when it was time to trade in the Bmw. I was told they could no longer do the regular trade in but instead pick a different car and he would take care of the rest. I picked a 2015 Nissan but comes to find out the bank for the bmw was reporting to credit bureaus that I was wasn’t making payments & that I was behind 3 months then placed a repo on my credit dropping my score 115 points. Ever time I called to find out what heck is going on I got the run around. THESE ARE CON ARTIST DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Where do I start from car value to changing prices to changing even miles and car model I was sold a 4 wheels drive dodge truck come to find out it’s not a 4 wheel drive I have messages from price being change to paper work being change. They sold me a truck which needed maintenance keep pushing my truck to the side but fast to collect a payment. My advice ask for a car value and paper work and car fax before picking any vehicle. Look up the vehicle yourself! I am pretty sure it ain’t legal to sell the wrong model to a customer!

When I first brought the car in October I was happy for the price I paid. It was an Altima Nissan 2012 and paid $3000 for it. It was too good to be true. I thought I had a great deal and referred people to this dealership. I should have known when the dealer Eddy said okay Ill give it to you for $3000 with no hesitation. On that day,I should have said wow there must be an issue with the car if they gave it to me for that price with no argument. But because the price was fair, I purchased the car anyways. Come to find out, a month later the transmission went out. This place is a fraud. I will never purchase a car from them again. The car was nice but the transmission went out over a month of purchase. They dont check the car and sell it to any one as long as you have their cash. Good luck to anyone else who purchase from them. I usually dont write reviews but I know I needed to so people wont make the same mistake that I did.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE place to do business! The salespeople are very shady, not to mention pushy. They try to force you into something they know you cannot afford and they only care about the sale. They do not do business properly and try to take advantage of you any chance they get. For example, they tried to force me to sign over the title to my trade-in vehicle before I even agreed to a deal... Also, as soon as I had any questions, they were quick to get angry and agitated. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.Overall, they were overly aggressive in their sales tactics, making it uncomfortable, they do shady business(pretty sure involved in some type of fraud), and they are rude and not the type of people I would trust with a $10,000 loan...

First off LORENZO is the guy to see. I wanted the Audi for my birthday and he made it happen. Nice cars with issues. They could be resolved but I’m guessing they didn’t want to fix whatever was wrong. Issues that I have is the pictures that were displayed on there website never showed damages. But when me and my bf got there he noticed it was damages to the car. They told me to stay in contact so it can be resolved. Then after having my car for two weeks my check engine light came on. I simply thought it was a sensor. I contacted Lorenzo and spoke to him about it after I found it wasn’t a sensor. His response was waiting for a email back from I’m guessing the owner or his boss. Never heard anything so a month after having my car contacted them again still the run around. As well as I started hearing a tapping noise every time I turn . Spoke with a guy from the finance team he stated if they WERE to have the damages looked at on the car how would I have it looked at when I live 6 hours away? I simply told him I would drive back down. Who wouldn’t after they just got a car that they will be paying on. He said he would call me back but he never did. And now I’ve had the car for 3 months still the same condition Damages, sensor light reading a malfunction with the turbo/ under boost and a misfire from a cylinder, and the ticking noise every time I turn. And have yet to receive a call from ANYONE pertaining to this matter. If I could upload the conversation from everyone i spoke to just to show proof I would. But if you want a nice car but given the run around when you find something wrong then this is the place to go to 👍🏼
