What a great guy Mike is in service he’s a very caring man and his advice is priceless I’m from New York needed service on my rolls: glove box broke $1,000 to fix ! not only did he makes sure rolls got the bill he fixed it in 2 hours and inspected my car for me at no extra charge Needless to say when I’m shopping for a Rolls-Royce next year I will be shopping at this dealership thanks to guys like Mike in Service Dept Thank again Mike
I bought a vehicle from Holman Lauderdale Imports last week. I can honestly tell you it was the best and most straight forward car buying experience I have ever had. Jason was extremely professional and courteous. I contacted them via their website and he responded to all my requests right away via text and phone. We even agreed to the price and terms via text, and when I visited the dealership the next day to see and buy the car, everything was exactly what we had discussed. They gave me exactly what they promised, they did not try to change one single thing, and did not even try to up-sell me a bunch of things. I am currently here for an event and they are showcasing thier best imported cars. Thee staff is extremely helpful and professional. There are many different luxury cars to choose from whether is brand new or used. The manager introduced himself and was quite hospitable and helpful to us. I did not buy a car but i am thinking about it.

Highly recommend this place, ask for Fred Correira. I was having an issue with my car and a beyond difficult time finding anyone who would help, so I placed a call and was very fortunate to get connected with him. He is hands down one of the most knowledgeable, helpful and resourceful professionals I’ve ever met. He explained that they didn’t sell or service Mclaren, but went above and beyond by referring me to the nearest Mclaren dealer. He was even able to arrange towing so I could have the car serviced. I will be swinging by once my car is out to check out the Superleggera as per his recommendation.

Buyer beware. Stay away!!! Horrible way to do business. We are repeat customers. We were working on a deal and gave a credit card to hold the vehicle that we were considering. We live in Tampa and were going on Saturday to pick up car. We thought we had a deal. However, they sold car out from under us. We will never buy a car from them again.
Service department contacted for information and placed on extremely long holds on telephone. Left voicemails repeatedly and calls never returned.

If you dont actually buy your car from Bentley Fort Lauderdale, dont expect any knid of sevice. Its clear that they resent that you might have purchased from someone else and not from them. Im not sure that Bentley would approve but...............I was told that my first service was free. Then when I arrived for the service they told me that I was past the 18 month time limit. You would think they might have been courteous enough to let me know that in advance. The car had like 4700 miles, seriously? Then they insinuated that the other dealer sold me a used car and that was justification for not doing the service under warranty. Very insulting.I have returned the car several times for the same issue. Still not resolved. Not sure what else to say. One would expect that if you purchase this kind of car you would be treated with a bit more respect. Bentley for Fort Lauderdale seems to be more concerned about the nickle and dime situation rather than trying to have a customer for life.

I visited the dealership last month.MrLee McHue the sales associate patiently showed me several cars insisted on my taking a test drive which I enjoyed immensely.The car I was interested in was sold before I could make up my mind but Lee called me and told me about the cars available.No pressure, no finagling and Lee would be the one I would work with getting the Bentley in the near future.
The dealership’s entire staff acts like customer service professionals.

Watched video in YT at this lot.Employees lied to police concerning photographer taking pictures of Bentleys. If the employees of Bentley will lie to the police they will most certainly lie to a customer.

Service advisor Michael has promised a loaner for 11 weeks. Called him and emailed him and no response. Very disappointing when a service advisor promises you something and does not deliver. Will not do business with store again after 15 years of buying cars here.
