I ordered two custom carpets to be surged on the edges. I got a call a couple days after the order to say they charged me the wrong amount. It felt like a good cop bad cop thing. I never got the full story about what really happened. They asked things like did I order one carpet or two. They totally did not remember or record my order properly. Anyway, the two carpets arrived about 10 days later. Great. Except they were both the wrong size. They thought one might be correct, so they brought that over. We rolled it out and it was 12 off in one direction and about 2 the other. They had to send both back. I repeatedly had to call in to get a status. I showed up in the showroom to ask where they were. 6 weeks after ordering and calling every week, they finally arrived. One came in stained on the side. What upset me the most is the lack of customer service and response from the sales team. No call backs. Thank goodness for Barbra, she finally gave me updates. The rest of the sales staff is a joke. No apologies or anything for their mixup, the lack of response, and the inability to give me any ETA. You would think that with the mix up, they would have put priority on the carpets. NO. I waited weeks and weeks to get them. Such an awful experience, Sadly for them, I am an interior designer and they have lost all my future business. Many other carpet places around. Go elsewhere.

Miami Carpet & Tile was extremely professional, from the sales personnel to the installation. The installers did a great job -- the carpet looks wonderful and you cannot see one seam!

Would never recommend Miami Carpet and Tile. After setting appointment with 2 weeks notice, they failed to show up. When they did show up the next day, they didnt finish the job. Upon their 2nd visit still did not finish the job. Upon their third visit informed me they finished when in fact they had not. Upon 4th visit carpet was still not completely installed. This was a small job, a one bedroom apartment. when they did finish, they did not notify me (this was a rental unit) but they proceeded to bill my account for final payment without giving me the opportunity to inspect the job. Terrible experience. Terrible management! Run from this company!

This place is nothing more than a den of thieves. I have never even been to miami, yet they charged my credit card like I have. Dont even know how they got the number since I do not even know anyone from there. Would highly advise anyone thinking of going here to think twice.
