So, where can I begin.. purchased a new LG phone and dual screen. May 2020. The phone was having issues 2 months after purchased. The dual screen began going blank, fully pixalated. Called AT&T, they said call LG, LG says call AT&T..this went on from Aug to Dec where I lost my last straw. Phone returned to AT&T store and the Dual screen was returned to LG for repairs and to this date now January 2001still not returned. AT&T cant help and LG doesnt reply. So good luck purchasing from here.

I purchased a phone and there was a promo on samsung buds I was never informed of. I spoke with Syad tge store manager he said come in anytime and he will extend that offer to me. I went to the atore 5 times and he was either in meetings or not there. The employees said they could not issue the discount it was not available so they offered me free accessories or a credit to my bill for the money. This was all per Syad the store manager. No credit wad issued by the manager, they will not give you an area managers name, they get upset if they have to help you any extra because they dont wantbto lose commision from the next customer. I called to confirm all of this and no credit. Do not believe the lies that these folks tell you. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEM CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THERE IS A WAY TO WRITE A LETTER AND GET A RESOLUTION. THE MANAGER LEAVES THE EMPLOYEES TO TAKE THE FALL FOR EVERYTHING. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE. !!!!!!!! ALSO CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS I HAVE BECAUSE THE MORE PEOPLE THAT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO SCAM YOU THE WORSE IT WILL GET !!!! I wanted to not give any stars because the process was useless. The location didnt have the phone we desired in stock, and then proceeded to try an upsell a different plan, which would have required to lock in for a time frame we were not willing to commit to.

Gusman the manger here doesnt care about the lies they tell their customers to purchase their garbage accessories. They said free replacement by mail on their glass screen protector and didnt say they charge $6-20 for shipping on a weightless glass & wait 5-7 days in mail? I asked him to refund me or replace in store and the manager said no. No wonder they have a 2/5 rating. I go to apple & theyd replace everything by asking within a year. Apple today gave me a new phone replacement for the price of replacing the screen today. And they replaced my lightning cable and MacBook Pro case today! Im not against AT&T since customer support did try to help me over the phone but said its a store issue. So... dont waste your time and breath with these scammers who lie to your face to sell accessories! It was up to the store manager to replace or refund.. HE DID NOTHING! Been a customer since 2004 when it was Cingular. Dont waste your time at this location. They wasted mine & didnt care when I said Im putting a bad review.

I went to this location to exchange a phone and I dealt with Mike B. and the manager Armando and they were so amazing and friendly and helped me out with the issue I was dealing at the time. I would highly recommend coming in and seeing these two for exceptional, amazing, friendly service!! They were patient and did whatever they could to help make sure I left there with a smile! This is now my home AT&T store for now on!!!

I went to the store at 1165 N Federal Hwy in Ft Lauderdale to get a new phone. The salesman was so obnoxious we walked out and went to a different AT&T store to get the phone. this is the second time there was a problem at this store. Not going there again.

Worker had an attitude when he first started helping me but when manager came out and over to us he was friendly all the sudden! The workers where not willing to get me the managers card when asked for it, they said NO!!!! That was before mgr actually came out. The store atmosphere was morbid and stale, just like the staff!

First of all Ive been with AT&T since it was singular in 2004. This is such a BS lying store that will mislead you on what to sell. They will tell you the product has lifetime warranty and free replacement online for a screen protector but wont mention it costs $6-16 between 3-6 days for shipping per screen protector to be shipped! Scam, lies, bs! Got scammed again. I could pay $10 to replace at the mall at BULL W across the Apple Store. The manager Gus Camara said he cant do anything for me since its been passed 14 days but this has been installed already so even if it was under 14 days he wouldnt replace it so those are 2 misleading lies already.

I went to this location after having a horrible experience at a nearby location. The other location made several mistakes and refused to fix them. When I went to this location Mike and Armando went out of their way to fix the mistakes that the other location made and to make sure that I left with a smile. Thanks Laura...stopped in to this store after visiting 3 other Fort Lauderdale stores..i had a problem getting a new phone as my phone was now broken and not working.Laura solved my problem in less then 30 minutes..she did what 3 othe employees could not due at the other stores..she made me a Happy Customer that almost went back to Verizon...but...due to Lauras knowledge and a true caring of the customer ...im home now after 5 days with out a phone im writing this on my new great 5G..phone...so happy...Laura needs to be at the Least District manager of your South Florida stores... i will do my best to send the message of my whole story to corporate [email protected] tell them ...Laura needs to be known...to all.. of them..god bless you Laura!!!!

Last Thursday June 4th I went into your store to purchase myself a birthday present! A new Apple Watch. Michael was the representative who sold me the watch. He wasn’t very friendly but I blew that off and just told him what I wanted. The next morning I woke up to an email from Att about plan changes on my account! When I called I was on with Att for an hour and they told me he put me in some multi line plan which was over 50 dollars more than my other plan and he added the insurance for 15 dollars that we never spoke of. I had to speak with Att so far for an hour Friday June 5th. An hour June 6th. And now today June 9th for 40 minutes just to straighten out what he did!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with ATT. I almost returned the watch. Please beware of shady sales reps!!

Its best you avoid buying items from this store. Not only do they overcharge for bad quality products. But hey also dont care nor will they help you out when you bring something defective back after 14 days. Even if it was defective within 14 days, they will tell you its used and still not replace it. Im tried of giving this store my business and receiving no help whatsoever. Also waste 30 minutes to an hour to help everything I walk into Thai location. Never going here again. Its better to go to Apple for an upgrade and products since they warranty what you buy. These people will tell you free lifetime warranty through manufacture via mail. Ive been a customer at this busy location for several years now, and Ive always received great customer service. Greeters have always been courteous and respectful, and sales staff has always gone above and beyond to assist with my needs. In fact, my most recent purchase was this past August, and the sales clerk actually stayed 30 minutes past shift...on a Saturday...to ensure that data transfer from an old phone to a new one was done correctly and completely. I highly recommend doing business with this store, and not only because of my positive experiences there, but also because it is an actual AT&T company store, and not an independent franchise.

Stay Away!!! Lies and scams. I was promised by both the sales rep and the STORE MANAGER that I was eligible for a buy one get one free offer for phones for switching from T-Mobile. First month, no credit. Back to the store and Im told to wait another month. Another month goes by, they tell me it can take 3 months for the credit. 3 months, they are opening a case.I ask if I can just return everything, and they tell me Im outside the return window. Its now 7 months, hours of my life on the phone with ATT, and no credits for the phone. Theyre really terrible.

(Deon Malary) was an employee who helped me to choose a simple number, plan and attach from a voicemail that I do not need. He was very nice. We set up an account with a new number in 15 minutes. It was very funny time in The store. Once you are already a paying customer they will do absolutely nothing for you. Yes I live out of state was here for a convention and my husband phone was lost and maybe stolen . Went to the store the customer service was horrible . All employees sitting around, no customers In the Store and they was very un helpful . Kept telling us to go to best buy store to make a purchase because they could not help us . Everytime we tried to ask questions they acted like it was a bother to them so we left and went to best buy where the guy was very polite and helpful and we got a new phone . My advice is these guys at your store need to be in back of warehouse working not in customer service...

Manager Armando at the AT& T store on Fedl hwy has been a G-d send in smoothing out of many ongoing logistical challenges of switching from another carrier. I’ve been there three times, each time arriving with a logistical complication that was difficult to resolve. All three times I’ve walked out smiling with the issue resolved. Thanks Armando.

As a business owner, I am well aware of providing excellent customer service. Dealing with this AT&T store as been beyond frustrating. First off, I started a new plan with 4 phones for my business. The sales rep cut off service to my existing phones without notice. I had MY salesmen and my wife on the road with no phones due to this. Spoke to the sales rep regarding the issue and she couldnt have cared less. Getting someone on the phone at this location is NOT possible. Soooo irritating. Lastly, I have not even received my new phone yet and it has been 8 days. They claimed to not have any stock in S. FLA which I checked into and found multiple phones in the area. I am about to drive back to the store AGAIN since I have called all morning and no one ever picks up the phone. Do yourself a big favor and shop elsewhere.

Useless people. Tried to get my Direct TV appt rescheduled after the hurricane, and the guy couldnt be bothered to try. Looked up on the computer and told me my service hadnt been installed yet. Ya think? Gave me the phone number to direct Tv and told me to call them. Yes genius I already tried that but their customer service is super slow, so I thought you could help out. AT&T needs to do a full review of this location. Customers beware workers there will steal from you. Make sure you check your receipt and keep a close eye on your bill they will add items on installments. And then the manager will pretend that he cannot help you. I called the fraud department and the item was removed. The manager claimed he has no ability to look at cameras. Which is also a lie.

I came in because my husband and I had a horrific experience with Verizon and Dilma was able to fix the entire mess, efficiently and effectively. Lack of customer care. I went there because there are problems I cant deal with over the phone. It was a hands on problem, with my computer; that could only be dealt with in a live situation--like fixing a car. But they couldnt help me. They seemed just to want to sell me new gadgets.There was also a problem with AT&T service itself.That wasnt clarified to me upon Installation. The voice service is more like walkie-talkie (hemi-dipolar) communication, not like the old phones.(di-polar). You can sometime lose the first part of a sentence, or get cut off if interrupted And lose phone service when power goes out.My complaint is that THIS WASNT EXPLAINED TO ME AT TIME OF INSTALLATION. These are my three complaints against AT&T.

Told me my social security number was wrong and they couldnt help me get a phone. Did not offer me any options to resolve the issue. I checked my credit report 3 weeks later and the hard inquiry shows up on my report from the store. No one at ATT can help me with getting the inquiry removed from my credit. Now I have to work through credit bureau to get the inquiry removed. Needless to say I went to Verizon and am very happy. Also they did not have any iphone 6 in stock.

Frustrating experience. This location is AT&T store, but they act like amature authorized dealer. If you have any problems with your AT&T service or you just want to become a new customer, please follow my advice and go to a different location. You will simply waste your time here.Sales associates are not educated, rude and careless, very low customer skills too.JOEY COSTALES was a person who served me. Because of him I had to come back 2 times. He was not able to perform simple phone number swap, made me call AT&T directly from my cell, also was joking about me wasting my time waiting for the call from customer service representative. He said they never going to call me back, because they never do (Who does that: embarsing the company he works for right in front of a customer???)Then I finnaly received this call back, nice lady, thanks God, were able to educate him on how to perform that simple task.
