I paid mobileluv upfront half the repair cost, $66.50 to repair the screen on my laptop on a Thursday 11/07 and was told Id be notified Monday after the ordered part arrived. By Wednesday I was told, dont call us, well call you. The store stopped being open for days at a time with a recorded message that no one was available to take a call. I couldnt even leave a message. I disputed the charge with MC and got me money back after 3 weeks of trying to get some resolution with the store.

I was ready to trow away my laptop. I went to the store. Miguel has provided me the best customer service ever. He repaired the computer in 123. I’ve been told by an other company specialized in computers, that was not worthy to repair the device due to program issues as well as hardware issues. Miguel really knows what he does. Thank you so much. I am more than glad to refer and recommend this company to everybody who need immediately, get a computer and or other electronic devices repaired. Brought my phone in for a screen repair and was quoted $25 more for a screen repair on the same phone then ever before by the owner. I then had her look me up in the computer confirmed that fact and still would not honor the price her employees had been giving me I still proceeded and then she broke the home button on my phone and told me to pay $45 for the damage to my phone she caused..... I’ve been coming here for phone repairs for years...... obviously I’ll now bring my phone to a reputable and respectful shop to fix the damage the owner of this shop caused!!!!!! The ownership is horrible and dishonest do not give these people your money!!!!!!

Got a piece of a phone charger stuck in my Iphones charging port. Tried a couple things but couldnt get it out and thought I was screwed. Went to these guys and they got it out right away took them 2 seconds. They were nice guys and they have a good spot too, definitely recommend

Brought in my laptop. Tom was very informative and was quick to explain the problem and estimate the repair cost. Very knowledgble, helpful and competent. Cost $45. Great service, great people. Just so you know, I took this same laptop to U Break I Fix a couple of months ago, they were unable to fix it.

My LG phone was run over repeatedly - I left it on the back of my car and drove away. Found it over an hour later at the middle of a busy intersection...crushed. After ordering a new one, I just happened to drive past MobileLuv and decided to give it a shot. Ryan and Alex looked at my phone, told me they could fix it (I didnt tell them what had actually happened, but I ordered a new one anyway). Three days later, I am now using my same old phone, cancelled the new one, and am totally in love with Alex and Ryan. These guys are geniuses and really know their stuff. Im telling everybody!!!

Took my iPad 4 in for a cracked screen. Screen was out of stock, so a same day turn-around became a several day process. I was promised a screen protector for the inconvenience. Picked up iPad and took it home. Parts of the screen were now non-functional. Took it back and Alex fixed the problem promptly. Still never got that screen protector though! Overall, an average experience. Deliver on what you promise, do a better job at keeping your customers updated, and dont return a repaired item without having tested that it works first. Im just glad someone was able to come through at the end.

Awful, replaced broken screen with another bad screen that doesnt respond, gaps around the new screen and adhesive glue, u can put your finger nails in between. The second phone they returned w/ missing sim card and holder, and never fixed. They lure you in w/ their $30 service and than jacked up the price to $160. Waited 5 hours in the car w/ family while on vacation, wish I never stopped. They told me theyd make it right and call me back....never called and you cant call them. Wish I would have never stopped and just went to the Apple Store.

My phone looks as good as new. Everyone was so nice and it was super easy.

1. They didn’t use Apple original part for my iPhone.The new glass was a cheap China copy, which lead to a dysfunctional home button.2. We agreed on a price USD 85. When I picked up the phone, the price was USD 90.3. The repair was supposed to take 45 minutes. It took more than 1,5 hour.

I walked into this store almost for sure that my iphone was destroyed, i was at a loss for hope and every other mobile store was over charging, but then when I was blessed enough to walk into mobile luv this store felt like a hospital for phones, the employee Alex treated me with so much respect and fixed my screen very quickly and did not over charge me like APPLE was going to do.

Quick, inexpensive and very knowledgeable with iPhones and Mac computers repairs in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

No stars. Took them twice as long to get the parts than originally quoted then $220 screen cracked again after one day. MobileLuv doesnt warrant their work, even though the phone was not dropped or damaged. No warranty ... last time I use them.

Fixed my Iphone 6s, cracked screen & cracked LED - the cheapest ive found out there . Even on Groupon there was nothing cheaper than Mobile Luv. Friendly staff & it was fixed within 30 minutes.

After having problems with charging an iphone 5s they changed the charging port, in couple of days after, the charging problem came back..went back they changed again the charging port on warranty...couple of days after the same problem plus the battery wont last more than half day...they replaced the battery....two days after the phone died ....i went back with the phone and they found in the end problem ..some charging things from the motherboard and if you want after spending aprox $90 i would have to pay another $50 to finnaly fix it....

Whenever you call them, nobody picks up the phone. If you ask about your device, everyone will tell you I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THIS DEVICE. They’ll never give you a deadline to fix your device. Generally, worst staff ever.
