I always buy my Fume disposable vapes from this place this morning I paid $26.03 for a Fume strawberry watermelon (ultra) it lasted half a day and the battery quit working. I called the store and the attendant told me because I wasn’t asked to try it in the store he can not refund my money or give me another one. I honestly feel like I just got robbed.

Went into this location to purchase a “Wi-PodX”, I asked the cashier “Rachael” if she knew how to use it, she told me the one she sold me was for juices and cbd oils and I needed green cartridge for something else. She then tells me I need to purchase the “oil recovery kit” when I did not need it. All I needed was a cartridge that was for concentrates! In which she offered to me the first time but the store did not have any and the store would need to put in an order for me. After I called the store to tell Rachael I did not need the kit she sold me and that I want to exchange it for two cartridges that I need. She was questioning me why I did not want it back and I explained because it is something I do not need. I told her I had not opened it and my receipt says no refunds but I can do exchanges only within 7 days. She stated that she would write my number down and give it to the manager. I called this morning to speak to a manager and I heard the guy tell someone that I wanted to speak to a manager, he gets back on the phone to say the manager step away and they will take my name and number down, I told him that Rachael did that last night. I tried to explain to him the issue, but he did not seem to care and was rude and wouldn’t even give me the managers name?!?! Do not spend your money here the staff just tries to take your money and not refund it. They are using this pandemic as an excuse to rip people off! The fact no manager has acknowledged me. I am taking this issue to the BBB and disputing the charges. I will never ever come into this store ever again!

Great products. Great prices. Great customer service, they know what they are talking about and they will not let you leave unsatisfied. Have bought multiple bangers from here better quality than the other close shop next to Dunkin’ Donuts on federal. Bought a pen from here about a year ago, still works like it is brand new. They have a HUGE incense selection with good pricing on them, will continue to shop and refer people their way. GREAT BUSINESS IN DOWNTOWN FORT LAUDERDALE AREA.

I would’ve rated 5 stars if it were not for the fact that when i went to this particular storefront, the lights were on and the sign said “open,” however the door was locked and no one was inside, and when i called no one picked up. if y’all don’t have anyone available to work then why don’t you just close the store for the day instead of disappointing literally everyone who walks up thinking you are open??

THE WORST! Sold me a paperweight disguised as a $40 battery. I tried to come back to the store and resolve the issue in a fair way and continue doing business and referring people to them. I was even willing to take PARTIAL store credit, even a discount, at least an ATTEMPT to fix it, as it was basically falling apart. But all she would say is “All sales were final” and “You could have used illegal products with it so we legally can’t risk taking it back”, as if that made any sense. I just feel bad for all the friends I’ve referred to them. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I got flyer in mail from the store with that I went to store to buy E-Liquid and Glass pipe with flyer coupon, but once I found out the price of liquid and glass pipe it’s kind of really sky high, they all ready higher on price on everything on top of that they try to give me discount. I am not stupid. If you compare price other vape shop around they got better price.Basically they doing false advertising to make people fool.
